I had the best time at this hotel! It’s definitely one of my favorite hotels and will stay in my memory for a long time. The check-in process was super fast, and all the staff were very nice and seemed to truly enjoy their work here. The room and all the facilities were spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedsheets smelled so fresh and clean — I could actually smell the freshness, and it felt amazing! The kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, and utensils in case you wanted to cook, plus a full-size refrigerator. They even provided dish soap, a scrubber, and a dishwasher pack — such thoughtful details! The bathroom was also very clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. I stayed here for three nights for some job interviews. On the first day, I arrived around 5 p.m. and was super hungry after a six-hour flight with no proper meal. I asked the front desk if there were any nearby restaurants because my blood sugar felt low. The receptionist kindly invited me to join the hotel’s complimentary buffet dinner that apparently happens every Wednesday for staff. She let me have some lasagna, salad, and fruit — for free! What a wonderful welcome! The next day, I asked if I could buy some bottled water since I didn’t see any in the room. The staff gave me two bottles of water and a cookie, free of charge! I really appreciated that thoughtful gesture. Housekeeping came every other day, and when I returned, the room was always spotless. Fresh towels were neatly folded into little T-shirt shapes — such a cute touch! The complimentary breakfast was great too. I’ve never stayed at a Hilton before since I’m a Marriott Gold member, but I decided to give this one a try because it was a bit cheaper and the room looked more spacious and modern. I’m so glad I did — I actually really enjoyed my stay and might consider switching to Hilton in the future. In my opinion, they offer a better breakfast than typical Fairfield or Courtyard by Marriott hotels. The scrambled eggs were perfectly cooked (not too dry!), the bacon was super crispy, and the bread with whipped butter was delicious. I didn’t try the waffles, but they looked amazing. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend this place to whoever needs a place near DFW airport!

The hotel was squeaky clean, from lobby to room. Every member of the staff was great and actively tried to make our stay as stress-free as possible. There was some noise late in the night, but nothing too crazy.

So I was there on a business trip from 6/14- 10/4. Let me start by saying it was the WORSE BUSINESS TRIP I've ever had. I choose the location because it's closer to the job site. I come to DFW area every year and I usually stay 3 to 4 months by six flags but opt for something more quiet. I travel 10 months out the year all around the world even internationally and this has never happened. My first week the AC was leaking and there's no low temp just high or off. Then the glass shower door was broken and off track so it wouldn't slide not mention the handle broke. There was a crack on the bottom of the shower floor turning different colors. Contacted the front desk, no help what so ever. Then 2 half months later the front desk noticed me that they haven't been charging me so here's where the overcharges start and they took 15,311.99 at once. 3 different room prices, mind you I was there on business so my company gets a different rate. Reached out to the general manager Jacob Brockett thru email CC Aspazie Babineaux his coworker letting them know I needed to know exact date to date for the charges. He sends me back receipts with different charges and amounts/dates that didn't match up. Jacob the general manager even blamed it on an ex-employee for the mess up and that he had to fix it. I never seen anyone different from the day I checked in or out. Anyways the receipts, the copies the young man at the front desk printed off for me were different and didnt match the ones Jacob emailed me. Reached out a 2nd and 3rd time to both and no response since the 15,311.99 was already paid. As of 10/5 I switched hotels and I'm escalating the issue. Noone at the front desk is trained properly. Ppl just showing up for work, that's it! Piss Poor Management is to blame for this and I think someone is cooking the books! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely not giving them your credit card information. They took advantage of me and abused my Corporate Credit Card. Just because my company pays the bill doesn't mean you take advantage. As of today 10/5 my expense report for these charges are still unresolved and the general manager Jacob Brockett never got back to me! AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Beautiful property. However the front desk(female) in the mornings isn't pleasant or customer focused. This was the first Hilton property I've stayed with that did not offer fresh decaffeinated coffee in the lobby or for breakfast.
