    Hotel was very clean and nice. New rooms were great. But night staff When we arrived mid evening was very rude. We pulled up under awning. I was unloading luggage and kids. I was immediately asked to move because I was blocking a crosswalk and then it was hotel policy. There was no signage or anything stating that it was a crosswalk and that it was hotel policy. Keep in mind it was at night and I didn’t even see that I had pulled over a crosswalk. When I confronted him, he was combative and didn’t do anything to amend or help the situation. My wife went down later and told him he could have handled the situation a different way and he said ok but just brushed it off. But other than that little mishap, the hotel was very nice and breakfast was very good.

    This is a brand new hotel with clean, modern rooms and plenty of free parking. The hotel has a nice spacious lobby with lots of seating for family gatherings and socializing. The staff were very helpful and they have a good selection of snacks for sale in the lobby as well as quick breakfast on par with a Hampton Inn. Highly recommend.

    Sorry to leave 2 stars, but here's why: 1. pubic hair in our other guest's room. 2. power was out the entire first day of our check-in and we had no usage of any common space or private room space. 3. the cleaning that occurs 'every other day' occured on day 3, and only dealt with 1 trash can, didn't even make the bed, much less change any sheets or towels. JOKE. Worth about $60/night, not anything above $120/night in today's world (we paid more than that sadly.

    Definitely had the best sleep here ever thank y’all. I will definitely stay here again. Customer service is great. Also, Tina is amazing. Thank you.
