Gm here is rude and could care less about anything. The lady named Lakeisha at the front desk deserves his job. Absolutely frustrated. Definitely will pay much more for a better hotel. This has been horrible.

Location is convenient and accessible, and close to restaurants. There is sufficient parking and a gas firepit with seating outside the front door. There is an outdoor pool and it is located in a private area behind the facility. It was available the day we stayed, October 31, but the day was too cold for us to use it. There is a work out room but i did not have time to use it. It looks well equipped. The TV in the room did not work. I went to the front desk for batteries. I replaced the batteries in the remote but the TV still didn't turn on. I advised the person at the front desk but no one came to service the TV. A handle on the bathroom door was broken. That's not such a big deal but broken TV and broken door handle could be a sign that the facility is not well cared for. I stayed here before by myself in July and had a better experience. This time I was traveling with 2 small children and my husband. I took the children to a nearby park to play after a day of riding in the car but my husband was expecting to unwind and watch television. The price was excellent since it included breakfast for 4 people. Breakfast was adequate with various prepared omelets, biscuits, cereal, bananas, waffles and oatmeal. We didn't bring our pets but there is a dog park and a sign in the elevator with a positive message about traveling with your dogs and cats.

This is not a nice place to stay. I stayed there for 3 weeks while working in the area. Should've known better when the front door jammed shut and couldn't get my things in for an hour. Asked three different people for shower soaps. Never got them. The room was cleaned twice. I changed my own sheets. Put a sheet on the floor to not touch the sticky carpet with my bare feet. Madison at the front desk was the only bit of sunshine there, and hanging out with the mini horses next door was a cool way to start the day.

I would rate this place lower if possible. It wasn’t a pleasant experience here. 1. The staff wasn’t very professional. 2. The property is fenced and when asked if it was safe there, they said it was to keep the homeless people away. The parking lot has signs that say something along the lines of “you assume full responsibility for the safety of your car, not the hotel.” 3. The carpet is filthy. We had our dogs with us, white and brown. Their fur turned black just moving around. 4. The floor was sticky. 5. The room smelled bad. 6. There are random patchwork of badly done maintenance work in and out of the room. 7. The pet station was full of trash and poop both the days we were there. And the dog park was nasty with poop right from the entrance. I couldn’t justify the $75 pet fee especially given that there wasn’t much room for the dogs to move around and the ones available was filthy. 8. There were homeless people coming in and queuing for breakfast. This is a very badly kept hotel. We could have received a better value from a less pricey alternative. We expected better from Hilton. We would have left shortly after checkin if we were not in a tight schedule, but we were tired after a long drive and the reservation was non-refundable.
