Went there after I had paid for the room. Andrew said we couldn’t go to the room even though we already paid. And then after 30 minutes of waiting he guided us to a room as he couldn’t get our card key and guided us to a room that had guest already inside it. Outrageous that I paid $200 at 10 at night and not even get a room and had to get a refund after an hour of waiting.
P.S. I still haven’t been able to get a refund.

Stayed here for one night after a fun night drinking, and the woman at the front desk, Jocelyn (night manager), was an absolute gem. She made the check-in so smooth and was so helpful (friend from out of state made the reservation and paid), she walked us through the process and make sure our safety was her first priority. She was absolutely so sweet and made the stay rememberable and enjoyable!

—Spacious well organized room with ample work space, however task lighting was challenging
—towels, so nice for it not to be a hassle to have plenty of towels
—fun free breakfast sandwich combinations ideas
—sadly has the same pathetic Hilton pump toiletries, but alas, I have learned to bring my own when I stay at Hilton properties
—great location for nightlife, it made me feel young again
—loved the roomie refrigerator, dishwasher and real tableware

Nice Hotel but very UNPROFESSIONAL management and INCONSIDERATE as well of people time. Had an Appointment with I believe Sara or whatever the head manager name is over the front desk. Got there an hour early and was told to wait in the lobby by the young lady at the front desk. Then I told her I will leave and come back after waiting in the lobby for half an hour just to find out from different employee when I arrived back that she wasn't in at all & would give me a call but to reschedule. Again very INCONSIDERATE UNPROFESSIONAL of the management, (who has someone call me to set up an appointment date & time). as a whole because someone could have easily picked up the phone if I didn't answer telling me that information that I had the driveway across town. Do BETTER!
