  Pretty solid place to book if you're going to Dallas Forth Worth to visit with 6 of your family members. Surprised me on the affordability with breakfast and a pool. Definitely revisiting again.

  Great new hotel, very spacious with full kitchen. Customer service is good, no issues. They had my room ready and made me wait to check in, most Hiltons let you check in when the room is ready if you arrive a bit early. Rooms were not always cleaned very well, hair on beds and in bathrooms, there were a few minor broken things in the rooms that needed to be fixed or replaced like a handle broken on dressers, blinds pull string missing so they wouldn’t function, cleaning crew could use some training to make sure the rooms are cleaned properly to the Hilton standard. Also the trash cans outside were always overflowing not sure who dumps those things. I don’t think the hot water and tea/coffee station jugs were getting cleaned properly as my water had things floating in it from poor cleanliness. I would definitely recommend and stay again as these things are minor things that can be fixed if the trash gets dumped and cleaning team cleans the rooms better. Otherwise it’s a very nice hotel and great space, with a kitchen and couch. Sam’s club and Walmart are across the street as well as Starbucks and Panda Express. IHOP, What-A-Burger, Aldi, Target, Wendy’s and other places are on the other side of the freeway within a mile or so. And a smaller emergency room is in the parking lot in front of the hotel. It’s right next to the Lowe’s so the hotel is a bit hidden in the back.

  Clean fairly new hotel in a very strange spot with no real road to it. Access is through a hospital or Lowes parking lot. Suite had a great layout. Really liked the large rooms and I erly large bathroom. Design flaw in having motion detector lights inside the entry door that got triggered if you roll over at night while on the pullout sofa or if you leave the bedroom door open and sit up. When the lights came on at 2am it scared us to death thinking someone was coming into the room. Then on our checkout day the door sensor lock broke. About 45 minutes of going up and down to the room with new keys that did not work and staff figuring out the sensor was broken (battery went bad). Our plans that morning got messed up and when we went out and came back we needed staff to get us into the room (and waited 19-15 mins until someone was free to do so). Sensor was fixed by about 10am but didn't help us much at that point. Neither of these things were the staffs fault. More room design issue and not having maintenance folks available to take care of this sort of thing efficiently.

  Our pillows were god awful and everyone slept bad. Then one of us realized after we left that we were missing our keys, which had a wallet attached. We called the hotel and they refused to go check the room for us, which added about an hour to our trip home. Keys weren't even there, so that was time wasted that could have been a phone call.
