The tv in the next room is clearly audible through the wall, and was on and loud all night. Sleep was nearly impossible. No shower curtain in the bathroom, just a curtain rod. Blackout window covering stuck partially open.

TRUCKERS AVOID THIS HOTEL: A colleague of mine called ahead to ask about parking for semis and the employee told him where he could safely park off-property (even assured him that this is common practice for truckers and that as long as he’s a guest of the hotel, there’s no problem parking in that location). He arrives in DAYLIGHT to check in, the truck is there all day, into the night. 6am he goes to get in the truck to leave, and the hotel has towed it overnight. It’s a $1200 tow bill for semis. He speaks with management of hotel the next morning, and that’s when the gaslighting starts. Management tells him that there is NO Semi parking in that area, and that the employee NEVER told him he could park there, LIED that the City of Fort Worth had it towed (called FWPD to verify, they had no record of a tow order), and then when he grilled management about this, the story changed to “well, we can’t tell you who called it in.” Well of course they can’t, because it’s a racket. Management absolutely refuses to take responsibility for their employees giving bad information, refuses to compensate, and their get-out-jail-free card for that is that the Semi was not parked on the hotel’s property. Every CDL driver knows that they can safely park their trucks in alternate locations and Uber to a hotel when necessary, but my colleague unfortunately trusted this hotel that they were being truthful and honest, and they very clearly were not. AVOID AVOID AVOID UPDATE: The holding yard where he had to pick the truck up from was NOT the same company that towed the truck, and ownership of the holding yard informed my colleague that he is not the first trucker that has stayed at this hotel and had their truck towed away. SOMEONE IS RUNNING A SCAM

Last night a friend of mine who drives a truck stayed at this location.. who's told by the front desk clerk he could park his truck which is a car hauler at the end of a dead end street.. they then proceeded to call in the middle of the night and have the truck towed.. Even the front desk clerk admitted to telling the truck driver he could park there.. What kind of scam is this hotel running? Does management get a kick back from the towing company??

Horrible place to stay. They are part of a money scam. After staff telling me where to park my semi. It was towed in the middle of the night and charged me 1200 to get it back. Hotel told me before arriving that they had truck parking and then told me where to park upon arrival. Hotel employees told me exactly where to park. However did nothing to resolve the situation they put me in. I will be writing a review everyday until my money is returned. I believe they also own other hotels. Will post a picture on Owner. Update. Tow company said I am not the first that was told by the hotel to park and be towed. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
