- DVDarienne VargasNov 13, 20255.0My stay was excellent from start to finish! All hotel staff we interacted with were so friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and beds super comfy! We didnt make time for the pool based off of what we saw in reviews but regretted that when we checked it outfor ourselves! The water was so blue and the pool area was so clean, so I'd advise people to not be turned off by previous reviews. Everything at this hotel exceeded expectations and I will definitely be staying here again when I come back to the area.

The check-in process took an unacceptable 30 minutes just to obtain the room key. Furthermore, the bathroom shower was dysfunctional, making it difficult to control the water flow and, to my disappointment, there was no hot water available.

Late into the night and very early into the morning, we heard very loud motorcycles and cars and trucks with loud exhausts racing, revving their engines, very fast starts from the stop light, so of course that was loud as well. It finally quieted down around 2am, but started right back up around 6am. The worst was what sounded like a dirt-bike style motorcycle that kept coming back and forth near the hotel, revving his engine until at least 1am. Positives are nice hotel, nice people,comfy room, and it took us 20 minutes to walk to sundance square and the weather was very nice. We wont be staying here anymore though, just too noisy near this intersection. Btw, our room had the "city view", which costs extra. Perhaps the issue with the noise was that our room was the part of the building closest to the intersection and closest to the street, but damn was it noisy.

There was 0 parking spaces and we were asked to park across the street. Check in clerk complained that he had one more person to check in. Our room smells horribly of some kind of deodorizer. The bed linens were clean but the bed is so soft that you sink way into it. It’s difficult to get out of the bed once in and bad for the back. Bathroom is old and rusty. Tiny room. For $350 a night I was expecting more. Dirty and run down. So disappointed.
