This particular visit, I didn't stay, although Hiltons are a favorite. Went in to ask a simple question and the manager and staff "bent over backward" to converse and make welcome. Even though I live relatively close, I've made up my mind to take a staycation.

We booked one night at this hotel with the understanding that we would have a room at a nonprofit facility associated with the local children’s hospital for the remainder of our stay. The facility ended up being completely full for our time in Ft Worth and the hotel worked with us on extending our stay. The staff and guest services were all incredibly helpful and accommodating when we needed to change rooms to a mobility accessible room to care for our daughter’s needs. The hotel restaurant has a limited menu but we could always find something delicious to eat. The wait staff was usually short-handed but always served us with a smile and were pleasant and quick as possible. We used the laundry facilities and the machines are paid through a mobile app which made it much easier than trying to keep up with having enough quarters to wash and dry. With our current circumstances, I am grateful that we had this hotel so close to the hospital and they helped make a hard trip to the area a little easier.

We had a wonderful time at this location. We only had one slight issue and when we brought it to the bartenders att she went into immediate dammage control . And the hotel took care of the issue with out alerting any of the other guest. Jackie Brown did a wonderful job of taking really good care of us and went above and beyond in her service. She recieves 5+ stars from us .

For a hotel of great rates and perfect location the customer service is absolutely awful. The app and digital key never works. The girls at the front don’t care and just expect you to stop by. We are Hilton members for the convenience of the digital keys and app. If that’s not important to you and you are ok with subpar staffing, this hotel is great other than that. Due to location, we have tried here a few times and this one was the last.

I don’t understand the high reviews on this hotel. When I was there they double booked our room so someone barged into our room in the middle of the night. We have young kids and that was scary. Then we found out we had BEDBUGS. We had bites all over. And I investigated and found a bed bug to confirm it. As much as our trip to Fort Worth was pleasant… all those memories with my kids was overshadowed by the bad experience and having to clean and wash for bedbugs when we got home.
They were apologetic and gave us points for a future stay etc… and I’ve been holding off on this review but when I saw they charged my credit card for the other customers stay that was my third strike and I had to post this review. I’ve always had good experiences with Hilton and I am a Hilton honors member. But I’m not staying at a Hilton anytime soon.
