    The front desk clerk(lady) was not attentive of seeing if I needed anything She was very dismissive on giving me a handicap room..she didn't want to accommodate me at all..I felt she was more worried about other things then seeing tht I was taken care of..she needs more customer service skills in working with disabled patrons..night time clerk on 11/22/25

    The room was clean, neat, and the location was very close to everything we flew into town to do. We auto checked in, the digital key worked great and we walked out, letting the cleaning crew know on our way out. It was lovely, and we will likely use it again.

    I booked 2 rooms directly with the Hilton app. A king suite with Peleton bike and a double queen. The front desk notified us that the king was not available but she could put me in the same room without the bike. I asked if they would offer Hilton honors points for the inconvenience of not having what I booked and she told me I already got the room at a much lower rate than the daily rate for today. Mind you my reservations are beyond the cancellation period and I booked with Hilton, no discount code or coupon. This is the rate on the app for additional rooms if I choose right now. She then says she can print the folio and ask the manager if they will do anything. I’m tired after driving for 12 hours and just want to lay down. Get to the room, the keys aren’t working. I request the digital key but there’s a waiting period. I go back down and she gives me new keys. We get in the room and it isn’t clean. There’s something thrown on the wall over the wet bar and over the toilet. I called downstairs and after she didn’t answer I just documented. The room should be clean at a minimum no matter what the cost but maybe I’m wrong… I guess she’s trained to be less helpful for certain customers, especially if you have a good rate… If you’re thinking of staying here, keep going and try again. Definitely not the Hilton service I’m used to.
