We stayed here in March for a mini vacation over a long weekend. Picked a two room suite to have extra space. Hotel is comfortable and very clean and the staff is wonderful. The bar and staff downstairs was great awesome drinks. Daily breakfast is also really tasty and included with price; very nice to start your day full. We will stay again! Yes

Recently my company held a meeting at the Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown. The property is lovely, great location.
Our only issue was the AV in the meeting space did not work. The staff (Ms Lopez and the security guard) took time from the normal positions to try and help us that morning.
Unfortunately they were unable to get the AV to work which was a disruption to our meeting.
But the helpfulness of Ms. Lopez and the staff was great. Once the sales manager Brittany heard of the issues she took care of us on the meeting space. I gave 4 stars because of the AV but what stood out most is their excellent customer service! We will be back :)

Well run Hotel. Orderly, professional staff. Nice breakfast as well, some mornings it gets a little cluttered and short on coffee. The noise insulation could be better as the hard floors amplify the noise up and down through the rooms. Recommended.

My wife and I are staying a couple of nights at the Hampton in downtown Fort Worth. It's a fine location, honestly. Walked downtown to the old courthouse and to the water gardens. So, great location for us. The hotel is really nice. Room was clean and lobby is beautiful. Wasn't thrilled about the #x27;s for parking but they all charge for parking downtown. You're simply not going to get away without having to pay downtown. Staff was pleasant and helpful at check in. Have absolutely no complaints.
The only thing that really bothered me was the card that was left in the room (see screen shot) about tipping house keeping. Here's the deal, a lot of hotel management companies have decided to permanently adopt NOT cleaning the customers room (POST COVID 19) but only provide the service if asked for. The front desk clerk acknowledged that yes, it's now consider the new norm.
So, I get to pay the same or more for what I got PRE COVID and receive less services. That is, unless I ask specifically for them to provide house keeping services (like just emptying the trash or provide towels if needed). Just be sure to not forget to ask like I did. Too late now for that service. But the good news is I can still enjoy providing that tip based on the card they left in the room.
