Room 214 that we stayed in needs some major work. Patched large hole in ceiling looks bad & unstable. Floor slopes down at end of bed, which really was throwing us off our balance (2 women in our seventies). You're asking for a lawsuit. At minimum 4 tiles in entry were cracked, & lots of grout missing between tiles. Chair at desk was very stained & creaky.

Everything was great! The continental breakfast was top-notch, and the room was fantastic. I did notice a very faint, residual smell that suggested the room was a former smoking one, but it wasn't a big deal. The shower head was a little leaky (room 317), but that's an easy fix! You guys should really consider getting those new detachable wand shower heads—they're so much better! Thanks for the stay!
