When I checked in, they told me about a deposit in case I damaged anything – ouch! I wondered if it was because of? Wait, $15 a night for parking. Then $50 deposit per day.

I understand things happen however no notification was given and they did not even warn us at the counter. We didn’t not find out til we entered the room. No email, nothing. We asked at the counter if there would be a refund for the first night and the woman at the counter responded very harshly “ the supervisor is here tomorrow” . She also stated we most likely would not be reimbursed at all. I am not asking for a full reimbursement just what we were not given ( but did purchase) the first night.very disappointed and this is my first stay. I would also like to add, we asked if we could get a simple accommodation like more blankets so someone could sleep on the floor and again she responded harshly and said even said she probably could not do that accommodation. I had to call the corporate number ( which I had to google because she said they’re was no number to call) and they called the hotel to get us the blankets. Mrs.Nury Chavez and Danielle were extremely rude and Mrs. Nury would even ignore us when we were asking questions about the room. The manager we got to speak with even insulted my friends job and was yelling at her. Extremely unprofessional staff/location . Again I understand stand things come up but no notification of the change and the rude hostility from staff definitely did not help the mistake that the hotel made. I was also speaking with one of the other couple staying here and they said the got there room dirty with tobacco and blood all over the sheets, they showed me pictures. Please save your money and go somewhere else

From the moment we sat down, they made us feel welcome and taken care of. Both of them have that perfect mix of professionalism and personality — friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do.
