Way overpriced and after spending 200 $ a night they hit me with a 16$ breakfast buffet after I had already sat down to eat .

Asked for an accessible room. Was all the way at the end of the gal while the elevator was all the way at the other end of the hall. They're was no closet, just hangers on hooks on the wall. The thermostat was set on 68 and no amount of begging or cajoling would budge it to just a smidge warmer. I legitimately thought the toilet handle was broken, but if you pushed it REEEEEALLY hard it would finally go down and flush. The "accessible" shower was single tub narrow with sliding glass doors that was barely mobile accessible. The bed was very low, presumably for wheel chair accessibility. The breakfast was atrocious. There was a BroncoFest happening at the same time. Bfast is 7-11 & by 10 when we for there the place was in shambles. There was 1 lady working and you had to ask for everything. Butter, coffee, a knife, hot tea. None of the tables had been bussed since 7 it appeared and it was all just nasty. We were there 2 days and the 2nd day was not much better. 😒 Very disappointed.

Didn’t get to stay there however, I made a reservation, and unfortunately had to cancel. I spoke to Whitney, and Heather. They went out of their way to help me through the process. DON’T book through booking.com. They made it impossible but Heather and Whitney saved us. The customer service is actually so amazing. I really wish we could have gotten to stay. Will absolutely be back.
