Le stanze come tutti gli altri Motel sono molto confortevoli dove trovi tutto quello che ti può essere utile. Inoltre a colazione trovi di tutto ed io, essendo Americano non posso non prendere: bacon, uova strapazzate, pane tostato, succo di mela e cappuccino alla vaniglia che io adoro e prendo più volte al giorno.

On the last day I checked out, I had a charge to my card by the hotel, I was told the had a computer issue and it would be resolved 8 days later I had to call back to the hotel and they just now issued the refund but they said it could take up to a week for it to go back to my bank. So beware. If it happens to you keep calling so you don’t have to wait as long as I had too.

- BABailey AlvaradoNov 8, 20251.0Don’t bother, for the price you’re going to pay you could stay at something nicer. Even though I am not handicapped I got placed in a handicap accessible room on the first floor right next to an exit. It was so incredibly loud with guests entering and exiting. The room looked okay until we opened up the bathroom and it looked like something straight out of a psych ward. The water pressure was so low that we couldn’t even rinse and the dispensers would only pump the most microscopic amount of shampoo/conditioner/body wash that we ended up having to take sink baths. We tried turning down the temperature for the room and it maintained at no less than 75 degrees. It was so hot and stuffy that we couldn’t sleep and would have to step out in the hallway to cool down. Most of the best western pluses I’ve stayed at have been great but this was horrifying.

I even called from my cell to front desk and said I need toilet 🚻 paper please, now, polite! Waited patiently, Thank God I had baby wipes... Waiting TWO HOURS, crickets I finally had to go get two rolls of paper! Unbelievable! Than going to soak in 🛁 bathtub in room 248 and filled up and than listed to all the water drain away. The maintenance guy came 2 days later and this non English man who could understand me and once he figured it out, couldn't fix it, this is ridiculous!! You can tell when hotels where own by True Born loving Americans and who aren't! The pool was dirty with lots of floating bugs, leaves and no TOWLES... The breakfast was hot and good the Lady down there was Amazing... I won't come back... Kramer.
