    Recent stay with Forest Hill Best Western was spectacular. Great breakfast good coffee and hospitality is amazing.

    I had my dates set up and I had car trouble thinking that the manager of the hotel would be able to change the date by one day and the manager refused to so I lost 40000 points. Your staff was also rude. No I will not stay there or recommend it to any of my friends and family cause of this altercation.

    Pulled out the bed inside the sofa and it had a big urine stain on the mattress cover. They did quickly come to change that out after we brought it to their attention. The jetted tub in the room didn't work, no jets. Went outside to the hot tub and pool. Hot tub was as cold as the pool. We had to have staff open the gate to pool but they didn't tell us it wasn't on. Was sitting by the pool and a homeless man unlocks the gate then jumps in the pool with all clothes and shoes on, where my daughter was swimming at. Tried to blow dry my hair and the hair dryer sparked. Tried to tell the housekeeper but she didn't speak English so we just left that alone. Pillows on the bed needs to be replaced, they had been fluffed up for appearance but as soon as you lay on them they were flat. Bed was ok.
