  We had a great stay during the snow storm that blew through. Staff was kind, hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, pillow were like clouds, space in the room was wonderful. Breakfast had plenty of hot/cold/dry options.

  The hotel is well maintained and has very nice rooms. The gentleman at check in was extremely kind and very helpful. The woman/manager at check out ruined the entire experience by rudely accusing me of walking in and stealing breakfast despite the fact she saw me get off of the elevator carrying my bags. I have stayed here three times before and this will be the last. I wonder if best western corporate knows about the clearly discriminatory actions and treatments of their franchisee.

  This is a very good hotel, and I enjoyed my stay. It has friendly service at the desk, clean rooms and a good breakfast.

  VERY DISSAPOINTING 😞 My family and I flew down from Washington state and we booked 4 nights. The photos on the website are clearly from years ago. It is a older hotel and definitely feels and smells older. It looks nothing like the photos. The breakfast was decent with a good amount of options to choose from. The room size itself was decent. The beds were semicomfortable. The service was disappointing. We encountered a single employee there that was friendly and engaging. I was very surprised that after the first 2 days thar we stayed that we never received any cleaning service. I had to call the front desk just to get some clean towels and toilet paper. When housekeeping arrived they just stayed in the doorway and handed us towels and had me go and get the dirty towels and garbage to hand to them. The entire 4 days that we were there ,we had ZERO cleaning service, no new sheets, no vacuuming no NOTHING. To top it all off there was a horrid raw sewage smell coming from the toilet/bathtub/sinks, that would intensify at night and fill the room. By day 3 my husband, my daughter and I were all getting nauseous from the smell and starting to feel ill. The windows in the room don't open so there was no way to escape the smell. It literally smelled like a rotting dead animal. I will be reaching out to the corporate office. Not only is this unacceptable but this is a health hazard NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT THIS HOTEL.. THERE ARE SEVERAL HOTELS NEARBY. JUST SPEND THE EXTRA $20-40 its not worth trying to save a few dollars trust me.
