Sehr bequeme Betten und sogar eine Auswahl verschiedener Kissen. Der Manager Mian war sehr kundenorientiert und die Frau vom Frühstücksbuffet sehr engagiert. Hier erhält man ein schönes Hotel, welches auch gut gelegen ist. Gegenüber ist ein sehr empfehlenswertes BBQ (Shady Oak).

I was honestly shocked by how poorly we were treated, especially as guests visiting from the United States. Because of this unpleasant experience, the hotel lost a reservation worth around $2,500. I truly hope the management reads this and takes serious action, because no guest deserves to be treated this way. Additionally, I will be submitting a formal review about this incident on the official consumer protection website, so that management will hopefully make better decisions when choosing staff to represent the hotel and welcome guests.
