  Listen up. Mediocre service from the very start. Arrived at the hotel at about 9:30 PM 10/14/25 and the lady at the front desk was very impatient. She beat her hand on the desk thrice for my husband to hurry and give her his ID first. My husband didn’t notice because he was busy digging into his wallet to pull out the necessary card and ID for payment. She tried being nicer when she saw I noticed her breakdown or whatever it was she put on display, but too late you’re already a weirdo. Then we get to the room and there’s a used bar of soap in the shower, some unknown concoction under the sink (left a pic here) and the shower gel dispenser was empty…ridiculousness. The hubby disposed of the used bar soap and didn’t want to be fussy because it was already late, and the beds looked welcoming after our long drive. The breakfast drinks were completely watered down the next morning, which usually indicates the employees may be taking their employer’s products home. But the pancake machine was cute and breakfast was ok. Go to the hotel gym after breakfast and the towel shelf has no towels and it’s 8am in the morning, and the hand sanitizer dispenser is broken. After that, when my husband and I returned from having brunch we approached the front desk politely and asked that someone come up to our room to refill the shower gel dispenser, little did I know, a new ruder person would be there. I said hello, she said nothing but looked at me rudely without returning a hello. I proceeded to tell her our room number and asked if someone could come to our room to refill the shower gel dispenser and she just looked with no reply, so we stood staring at one another. I just said never mind and my husband and I began to walk away, then she says, “wait I was trying to process it.” Trying to process what, the soap dispenser needing to be refilled…goodness? I’ve stayed at Hilton Tru hotels before but this group of people obviously don’t like their jobs. I suggest they get new jobs or not direct their troubles onto the guests. I don’t usually complain about bad service but there are some serious changes that need to happen. This place needs new people or new attitudes because their hospitality is trash. There was no greeting entering the hotel at all and there were no other guest there occupying their time to hinder them otherwise. A no-greeting is ok sometimes but if we approach the desk…come on. Just mean and ugly.

  One of our better hotel stays! Room was fairly clean with lots of storage and hooks, a smart tv and plenty of towels. The free breakfast was probably one of the best we've had at a hotel! The pool area and multiple outdoor seating areas were a huge bonus! They even have a pool table and mini put! Small concession with snacks and beer but close to lots of options for food and shopping. Also only about a 10 min drive to the airport. The staff was friendly and very accommodating with an early and late check-out! We will definitely be staying again if in the area!

  We were looking forward to waffle boats and pancake maker we read about. No waffles and pancake maker was out of order. The people in rooms above us were stomping all night and so loud we could barely get to sleep. Not the hotel's fault, but noisy floors. Rooms were nice and clean though and staff was nice.

  Absolutely bad customer service. No regards for Hilton honor members. Stay away. Bad front desk attitude, no help whatsoever
