He even reached outside of his realm of responsibility just to ensure my family and I were comfortable during our stay here. Caesar does everything he can to make sure the guests are met. I am a disabled veteran with an array of disabilities. Having selfless devoted service to guests and even veterans is very refreshing. If i am ever in el paso again, I will make sure to stay here and always ask for Caesar!

After a possible scam with booking our room (entirely not at the fault of the hotel) Caesar (the front desk person) was very helpful with helping me to figure out the issue. He was respectful and understanding. He even went above and beyond to provide us with what we needed in the room to make our stay even more enjoyable! The hotel Manager, Monica was just as wonderful; she went above and beyond to help us with our reservation dilemma as well as provided whatever we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable; we especially liked the ability to log into our Disney+/Netflix accounts; made it helpful for our grandkids; we will definitely stay here again! Thank you Monica and Caesar for your hard work in making sure your guests are well taken care of!

He recommended restaurants to us multiple times that ended up being exactly what we were looking for. He also gave us recommendations for stores located nearby. Garrett was amazing, and we are so grateful for his help. He made our stay fantastic!
