  Can I give 0 stars? This stay was abysmal. We booked the room in advanced and paid in advance. When we arrived late, on the night of our stay, we were told we needed to pay. Thus we were double charged for our room. The front desk girl told us if the charge wasn’t reversed at check out the manager would be available to assist in refunding us the money. We proceeded to go to our room which was dirty. We’re moved to another room. The next morning at check out the second charge was not reversed. No one on duty knew how to reverse the charge. They refused to call a manager or give us the managers contact information. We were told if we wanted out money back to dispute the charge with our credit card company. Instead of attempting to do anything to resolve the issue, the front desk staff busied themselves with paperwork and cleaning microwaves. We were literally ignored until we raised our voice and demanded they give us a receipt, contact information of the manager or something else to help fix their mistake. We were told to leave the premise and ensures the manager would call us. We called corporate Hilton who then called the hotel to see what happened and the hotel told corporate we had been taken care of. Corporate Hilton has opened a case to which the hotel general manager is to respond. Based on our experience with this hotel that probably won’t happen. This was the most horrendous stay I’ve ever had at Hilton. I will never stay at a Hilton Spark again.

  Nuestra estancia fuw por 2 noches. La habitación muy limpia y las camas muy cómodas. El servicio de limpieza está indicado a realizarse un día sí y otro no, aunque en nuestro caso omitieron la regla. Puntos a considerar: La habitación no cuenta con horno de microondas ni cafetera. El desayuno que ofrecen es muy básico comparado con el estándar de los hoteles. Aquí se sirve solo cereal, pan, café y alguna fruta (no hay huevo, tocino o parecido) A la fecha de nuestra visita (Nov 07) aún hay mucho trabajo de construcción en el I-10 en el tramo de Sunland Park Av y la Mesa con largas filas rumbo a los Outlets. El precio del hotel me pareció muy adecuado.

  El hotel esta bien ubicado, las camas estan muy comodas , solo que el elevador no sirve, y en recepción me hicieron un cargo extra de 50 dlls por concepto de deposito en garantía qué a la salida me lo regresaban, cosa que no regresaron nada, dijeron que me los depositaban en la misma tarjeta qué los quitaron sin avisar, por tal motivo no recomiendo este hotel a menos que paguen en efectivo para que no.les hagan cargos fantasmas .

  The hotel cancelled my already paid reservation at arrival due to “lack of clean rooms” and sent us away with a “What do you want me to do if there are no clean rooms?” from the personnel. Now I am hoping I can get my money back since I used hotels.com to pay for it.

  Loved the room, the sink was clogged, but other than that great stay the only thing is I still haven't received my deposit of $50 and when I called I basically was told that I needed to talk to my bank, I'm sure my bank is holding $50 So that's why my review is 1 star. In this economy every dollar counts, so what was a $80 dollar room has now turned to $130 room in that case I should've had the best everything for that price but didn't. Please rectify this issue
