If you're visiting El Paso for an extended time, this is your hotel. It's central to the city, close to the airport and is very clean and fairly new. The staff are always nice and helpful. The amenities are up to date and well maintained. The breakfast is decent and my only complaint is the coffee isn't good (but there's a starbucks nearby). There are propane grills to use, a pool and a patio with a fire pit. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying for more than a night or two.

I won’t be staying here again! The front desk woman was very nice though! That being said: My room smells like it was bathed in Lysol but the bathroom still smells strongly like mold/mildew. The wallpaper in the hall looks like a herd of longhorns have been through it. Twice.
None of the 3 HDMI inputs on the TV actually work.
In addition to paying for the room, they charge $10 per night for parking. It doesn’t go to provide covered parking, added security or any other benefits. How else does one usually get to a hotel if not by driving?!?
You also can’t have food delivered to your room. The elevators require your room key to function. (I assume both elevators work but only one was functioning during my visit.)

Definitely worth that price to stay here. Mark and James and Lorena Always kind even through the holiday , which they had to work. The rooms were clean. This hotel is 9 years old and still functions on all fours.Management deserves big pat on the back for their care and cleaniliness of the rooms and lobby, restrooms etc. Very friendly staff clean rooms and very quality coffee 24/7..

If this hotel values exceptional guest experience, they should recognize Jennifer for the asset she is. She was hands-down the best part of our stay. I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer. From the moment we ran into a couple small bumps during our stay, she stepped in immediately and handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and that everything was resolved smoothly. and because of her, our stay ended up being absolutely perfect.

Some of the staff must either have hard home lives or just bad attitudes. They just don’t smile. Breakfast is confusing, mislabeling of bowls and utensils. Other than that beautiful hotel clean hotel.
