I can’t remember the name of the front desk agent that assisted us with parking with our trailer, but she was very helpful. She came outside and literally walked us to where we could park. Breakfast was great, good variety to choose from. The room was clean and we slept well. Upon checking out, we ran into Frida Gonzalez, the Director of Sales and she was so engaging and welcoming. My kids even walked out with books from their library in the lobby to enjoy on our trip back home. Would definitely recommend.

- SSsridar subramanianNov 3, 20255.0I want to first start with how big the room was, it is really comfortable and big for our needs Staffs here were sweet to the core, Marc in the front desk was very polite and asked me to take an uber when the shuttle was delayed and he reimbursed me, support staff in the kitchen was very sweet even though she did not talk English she was concerned that I did not eat the Spinach and Feta danish I asked ( it took more time than I could wait). Marc answered all my questions patiently, provided guidance when needed and he was there when ever I wanted something, Kudos Mark for going above and beyond, you truly made my stay pleasant

Ame el detalle de que las cortinas son 100% blackout. La habitación estaba muy limpia y conservada, incluso pareciera que la propiedad tiene poco de construida. El servicio desde el check in estuvo muy bien, todo fácil y sin complicaciones. Dos notas en el lado no tan bueno, el estacionamiento es con cargo y durante nuestra estancia solo funcionaba uno de los dos elevadores, y son bastante lentos. El desayuno de 10, bastante completo y aceptable.

Our first stay was pleasant overall, though we were disappointed to learn that the advertised EV charging was limited to Tesla chargers, as we drive a Kia EV9. During our most recent visit (October 3–5), we brought a Tesla adapter, excited to finally charge our vehicle on-site. Unfortunately, the charger still didn’t work, and we had to use a nearby Electrify America station instead. It was quite disappointing given our expectations. That said, the service during our stay was excellent. Jennifer, who worked in the evenings, was friendly, funny, and very helpful. Lorena, in the mornings, was cheerful and provided wonderful customer service as well. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference in our experience. We may consider staying here again in the future, but it will depend on whether EV charging for non-Tesla vehicles becomes available.
