Hilton Honors Member Review: 🔸Not close to freeway. 🔸Have to pay $10/day parking even if handicap. 🔸$4/drink in restaurant (Tea, soda, lemonade) 🔸Not enough hot water for 4 people to shower within 2 hours. Only 2 kids got to wash in morning. 🔸Elevator down for repair, no text/email/alert to guests. Bunch of people standing on each floor with all their bags to check out at 11am for a lift that isn't coming. 🔸 Didn't ask about stay, sleep, room during check out. Dismissively said "ok you're all set" without looking in my general direction.

An enjoyable stay. Parking is included for Diamond member. There is an on-site restaurant that has good food and prices for dinner. It’s cook to order breakfast for $10 but a limited menu. Heated outdoor pool with hot tub. It’s a nice pool deck. I thought I read the sign hours as 5 am to 10 pm. So I was a little surprised and disappointed that I could not access the hot tub at 7 am. The morning hours seem to be ridiculously late when you have to check out shortly after. The room was ok. I think it’s an older hotel with a small bathroom. The bed and pillows were good. No freezer in the fridge.

Stayed with my husband and dog. People were really nice. Great location. It's right near campus, which made for a nice walk in the evening with the dog. Rooms were a good size.

Rooms are cozy but could use a refresh, but it also kinda goes with the mission style of the hotel which is beautiful! One of our favorite places to stay when we have to stay in El Paso for appts, etc.

A/C was making a clicking sound all night. The ceiling in my room was crumbling apart and damaged from a leak. Person who checked me in originally rolled their eyes at me when I walked in because I had just got done with a very long bikeride in the wilderness and my bike was in the shop so I had to carry my stuff in a plastic bag. I definitely looked homeless, but that's not a reason to be rude to someone. And their demeanor changed immediately when they saw I did indeed have a reservation. I didn't realize they have a dress code for a hotel that is falling apart. I thought Hilton was a respectable name. The ladies who helped me the following day were exceptionally nice though. Hopefully you get them when you check in.
