Absolutely everything about this place has been top notch. We have been driving for 9 hours today so we got in shy of 10 o’clock. We were able to order 3 burgers, 12 piece wings, 3 beers, and two martinis. The bartender was extremely kind and helpful. The establishment was so clean and the room was clean and smelled great! It was able to accommodate my two dogs, cat, and husband which was perfect. I highly recommend staying here. One thing I will say is they are very pricy. Drinks and snacks at the desk are really unnecessarily expensive

We arrived last night and
Emory was so nice and sweet she was so helpful in getting us a room she had great customer service I was so happy with our choice of hotel. However in the morning we went down for breakfast and the lady in the kitchen area was so rude and annoyed everyone we asked for for something there was so milk we asked for more she was rude every time we tried speaking with her about any questions or if we needed a plate or cup for our kids since there was none available, I lived the room and the help we got at check in but this lady in the kitchen just ruined the good in it for sure

Just stayed this Dec, on a business trip. Had never stayed at this property before. I do stay in Hilton properties extensively. El Paso is great but this property is not a feather in the cap of Hilton for two very distinct reasons: Nickel-and-diming & staff. Both were shockingly inadequate. First, no complimentary breakfast in this day-and-age was very surprising. The pay breakfast menu is inadequate. The staff super unfriendly. We actually left & went elsewhere. We were charged for WiFi (super speed!) without being asked (also never happened before) AND car parking outside where there was loads of parking (although not advised about this). Really unprofessional. The room rates are higher than they're worth, fair enough my choice, but then to be nicklel-and-dimed? Urgh. Not good practice Hilton! Then the staff were super-unfriendly at check-in, no 'hello' just 'don't have a room ready' - urgh. Then both rooms on either side of us having work men banging with hammer all day when one of us was preparing a speech in the hotel room. No warning, no compensation. Not okay. VERY noisy hotel, could hear everything. Far less sound-proofing than most. Air-heat hard to operate and didn't work well. Bed was comfortable. Lovely location, ideal for near University recommend for location and bed - everything else was shambolic and a real disservice to the Hilton brand. I will not be booking Hilton on my next business trip, I will be advising my colleagues likewise. Do better.

Multiple things went wrong, I paid for breakfast when I booked the room, still got charged and waited for 40 minutes for pancakes and sausage! On the the second night of staying a maintenance worker was banging on the door with my teenage daughters insisting to get in the room to check for a leak at 9:30 at night while I was reading my book at the bar. They made him aware that they were not opening the door until the legal guardian was present and he still insisted! Not to mention it is late, turns out there was no leak. Very inappropriate and unprofessional. We travel a lot and considered the hilton a good choice for my family but that is now not the case
