She went into of here way to resolve the booking issue and got me settled after a long day of traveling. Thank you Carolina you are awesome!

I went and told the front desk, and the woman working said all they could do is have maintenance spray. The following evening, I ate dinner and put my plate in the sink. 5 minutes later, see picture 2 of the cockroach duo in the sink. The people working the front desk the second time were very apologetic and helpful, which I appreciate…however, I asked them to cancel my next night because I simply couldn’t get over the cockroaches, and they still charged me. Not only that, but at no point did management reach out or try to do anything to make this situation right. I normally don’t complain, but cockroaches in a hotel room- that’s a BIG deal… and it’s very disappointing that management clearly didn’t care.
