Welcome to the new Embassy Suites El Paso hotel, located off I-10 and just 2 miles from El Paso International Airport. Reach Fort Bliss, Texas Tech Medical Center and offices for Boeing, Raytheon and Western Refining in 5 minutes. UTEP and the convention center are just 10 minutes away. Our hotel will be undergoing renovations from November 15, 2023 to June 30, 2024. Thank you for understanding.
Kick off your shoes and feel at home in a spacious two-room suite. The living room has a sofa bed, HDTV and work table, plus a kitchenette with microwave, mini-refrigerator, wet bar and coffeemaker. The private bedroom has an additional HDTV.
Begin the morning with a free made-to-order breakfast, and enjoy comfort food with local flair at 1 Bistro Café. Join us for drinks and snacks at the complimentary Evening Reception* in the beautiful atrium lounge. Daily room service is available, and our El Paso hotel has a 24-hour convenience shop for late-night cravings.
Take a dip in the heated indoor pool and whirlpool, or savor the warm El Paso sun on our patio. The fitness center is well-equipped for a full-body workout. Host a corporate meeting or wedding reception for up to 200 guests in one of our ballrooms. The hotel offers 3,060 sq. ft. of event space, an extensive catering menu and A/V equipment rental. Prepare for a board meeting in the 24-hour business center.

- MMMary M5 days ago5.0I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel everything was excellent. They provide a card for two complimentary drinks each day during happy hour, and breakfast is also included. The bed and pillows were extremely soft and comfortable, and the room was very clean. Both TVs in the room were smart TVs, and the air conditioning and heater worked perfectly. The walls were solid, so I didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms, making it a peaceful and quiet stay. When you step out of your room, you can see the hotel lobby, and the side entrances make it easy to load and unload your luggage from your car. I felt safe the entire time, and the location is great for shopping, food, and work.

I showed up without a reservation, and Alex from the night shift was super friendly he really made me feel welcome on my first visit to El Paso. Same goes for the rest of the staff everyone was really nice. Only thing I’d suggest is maybe keeping the breakfast hours open a little later.

I said, "Son do I look like I use conditioner?" He apologies for the mixup and left. Roughly 60 seconds later I got another knock at my door. The same boy was earnestly standing there with his arms full and said, "Sir you ordered the six towels?" I said, "Son do I take six showers a day?" We discussed if it was a possible prank, and he asked me if there was anyone else in the room with me or anyone else I knew in the hotel. Both were a "no," because I'm here for two days on business. I decided to go to the front desk to investgate, and apparently it's an issue with their phone system that can confuse room numbers! 10/10, funniest hotel experience of my life. I'll be returning to see what is offered next.
