We ran out of the coffee by the front desk and didn’t know what to do and within 30 seconds Lanie showed up with fresh pot of coffee in her hand and the warmest, friendliest, and genuine smile on her face stating that she heard the gurgling sound of empty coffee pot. She could have waited but the professionalism steered her to the best service we have ever witnessed! Thank you Lanie! Happy new year!

Huge shoutout to Cecilia, Angel (new to the team), whoever was training her, and pretty much the entire staff for being incredibly understanding and delivering great customer service. They made sure the night didn’t get any worse 😂 Really appreciate y’all. Rooms were top notch as well, and very budget friendly.
