The service at the front desk, top tier. No critiques. The location is very convenient for the current route I'm on for work. The rooms could be better but they are currently under renovation. I presume that if I visit in the future that will be up to date and contemporaneous

We booked on Booking.com and were charged for the room about a week prior to checking in. When we arrived, the front desk could not find where we had already paid, and charged us again. I left a message for the General Manager to see about a refund, and within 48 hours, I got a call from Scott telling me my refund had been processed. It’s a great property with a great staff. Definitely would stay again.

Quality of a mattress is the most important factor in a good night sleep. Yolanda with the gold teeth working the front counter would not let my wife see a room or touch the mattress. She said this was a policy set by the manager, Scott. I have NEVER had a hotel do this. If you're looking for a place for the night, keep driving! The quality of hospitality is equivalent to the soci-economic conditions of the area.... in other words, this is what you get when you're in the bad side of town.

When I arrived in my room, I opened the toilet seat to find a roach (flushed it), and also saw a baby roach on bathroom sink which snuck in behind the mirror. I was able to change rooms immediately and receive a full refund thanks to the front desk staff, so great customer service. Otherwise this would have been a 0 star review. Everything else was nice overall. Just be aware they may have an infestation.
