When we arrived, the front desk could not find where we had already paid, and charged us again. I left a message for the General Manager to see about a refund, and within 48 hours, I got a call from Scott telling me my refund had been processed. It’s a great property with a great staff. Definitely would stay again.

Yolanda with the gold teeth working the front counter would not let my wife see a room or touch the mattress. She said this was a policy set by the manager, Scott. I have NEVER had a hotel do this. If you're looking for a place for the night, keep driving! The quality of hospitality is equivalent to the soci-economic conditions of the area.... in other words, this is what you get when you're in the bad side of town.
