    We were told that breakfast was free. After ordering bacon, eggs and one waffle, we were presented a $45.47 bill. Food was not that good.

    Rooms were clean, as expected, and Spacious. Service was very great. The staff that i encountered, Keith and Makayla, was very kind, communicative, professional and positive. Now, I say this because I have come across many people in a customer facing roles and really seem like they dont like their job and it shows. These two were exceptional. Location is as expected, right off a freeway/highway exit and within 5 minutes my trip destination.

    No elevators worked AFTER we checked in on the 3rd floor. There's no excuse for that. Maid service is extremely noisy during the day. Bed was comfortable but no tub stopper, and shower head didn't work. No cleaning members could speak English. We're still in America right? I'm 57 and Hilton used to mean quality every time you stayed there, because you pay for it. This hotel should be in the $60 - $70 not $135 after tax. We are very dissatisfied and do not recommend for the price.
