- BBBRC6 days ago2.0Worst night of “sleep” I’ve ever had - and I travel every week and am diamond. I’m going to let my texts speak mostly from themselves (first text is at 3am). The phone in the room didn’t work so had to keep calling on my cell. I eventually just gave up. I guess whoever was working at 3am was getting the sleep I wasn’t. I tried banging on the wall myself a couple of times but it didn’t help.
- DTDani TerrellOct 17, 20251.0We typically only stay in Hampton Inn's, this place is definitely an imposter! We noted bed bugs in the bed the first night of our stay. We took a video and had the front desk clerk come verify for herself. We were told the manager wasn't available, and they couldn't offer us another room because they were full. But that we could expect a call from the manager and our refund the next day. So we had to drive an hour away at 0300 in the morning to find lodging. The next day, we never heard from the manager, even drove back to the property, and the manager still wasn't there (daylight hours). We were still assured we would receive the refund. It's been 3 weeks and we still haven't received our refund. We called Hilton corporate customer service, and were told that the manager lied, saying there were no bed bugs and they never agreed to a refund. Such a blatant lie and a lack of integrity. The manager has even been evasive with the Hilton corporate representatives. This hotel should NOT be allowed to carry the Hampton Inn sign and Hilton should consider cutting ties. This experience has really made me consider discontinuing all Hilton property stays.

The staff were super friendly, enthusiastic and always happy to help, which made us feel really welcome from the start. The breakfast was great— a bit of something for everyone. Our room was clean, tidy, and spacious, with enough room to relax after a day out. It was cleaned every other day, and we were always provided with fresh towels. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus when you have come from a very chilly Scotland! There was loads of free car parking, and the hotel was really easy to get to — very convenient for our travel plans. Overall, a comfortable and stress-free stay. Would definitely recommend and return!
