This hotel in hands down the best experience I have had at a hotel anywhere in the country. The staff was remarkable and so friendly. My son needed to stay two more nights and they had to put him in a new room. They let him move across the hall at 9 am in the morning and they asked if he needed help. They sent a person up to help. Just all around great customer service!!!!

We were driving from Utah to Ga and needed a last minute stay. Judy James was amazing in helping us with a room, the pool/hot tub opening, and just overall was kind.

Service dogs are legally allowed in dining rooms. They are medical equipment and should never be left in room alone. That’s like telling a woman her wheelchair is not allowed in the dining room.
Pets are different.
Please educate your staff.

I usually pic hotels based on location and age; however, this just seemed the best choice in a smaller town. The place was not brand new, but I "hit the jackpot" on the service. After a long travel day, the last thing you need at check-in is a hassle, slow, or rudeness. I got the exact opposite from Janey or Judy ( I'm not good with names ), but this lady could teach Customer Service!!! In a word, she CARED.

My coworker was on Fri-Sun. He had a such a good experience checking in with Ms. Judy. She informed of Hilton Honors, amenities, and places to eat. It is rare to find customer service as good as this anymore. Rooms was clean, and the breakfast was excellent as well. Ms. Judy is definitely an asset to the hotel.
