We got married at the Warwick Melrose Dallas on New Year’s Eve 2015 and recently came back to celebrate our 10-year anniversary. It was a busy, extra hectic time, but the staff still found a way to take great care of us and make the stay really special! Truly appreciate how they went out of their way to help us celebrate this milestone!

The library bar is super fun, we are the youngest person in there by a lot to be honest, but the older folks were having a great time haha. The singers there are really talented. The hotel is older in a good way, well done, rooms are big and the bed was great. Bathrooms are beautiful and they have kept the charm of the building thankfully. The location is good, just a couple of miles one way or another to some great food.

Our favorite hotel in Big D. Go and stay the weekend and you will understand why. The place feels like it gives you a hug when you get there. The staff is amazing and although very traditional furnishings in the rooms you will be quite comfy.

4.5 🌟 We LOVED our stay at the Warwick Melrose. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and they went above and beyond in helping us feel celebrated. We stayed in a corner king and loved the view and the layout of the room! It felt more private and cozy. Only reason I would not give 5 stars is it doesn't have very good ventilation, and no fan in bathroom so it stays steamy for awhile after a shower.
We didn't get to try the restaurant but would love to when we come back. The vibes were awesome at night and very relaxed in the morning.

BEWARE — Horrible customer service and serious concerns about integrity.
I stayed at this hotel in Dallas and accidentally left behind a very expensive designer bag. The staff initially told me they found it and would ship it back to me. I paid for the shipping label immediately and expected a simple process.
Instead, it turned into a nightmare.
I have had to call more than a dozen times with almost no response. The representative, Ana, repeatedly failed to return calls or emails. After they supposedly “shipped” the package, I was told FedEx could not provide any information because the hotel created the shipment on my behalf — meaning I have zero visibility into the tracking or status.
As of today, I still do not know where my bag is, and the hotel has been completely unresponsive. At this point, I’m genuinely concerned that the item may have never been shipped and could have been mishandled or taken.
For a branded hotel, this level of communication, accountability, and transparency is completely unacceptable. If you value your belongings or customer service, avoid this property.
