Disappointed the rooftop bar was closed after getting back after a concert. We planned to enjoy the great weather and sites but couldn't. One reason we stayed here!

Once in the room it was ok, they have a club on the 9th floor. The only hotel I have ever been in that has earplugs because of the club noise. The parking is terrible. They charge you a valet charge, as a hotel guest, but there is just some guys in the parking lot standing around. It took us 30 minutes to find a place to park at 10pm. One attendant told us to find our pwn spot. Not good on any level.

We had an amazing experience at Tru by Hilton Dallas Market Center! From the moment we checked in, the staff , Deja Fuller and Samari V., went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of.
They helped us navigate the city with great recommendations on where to go and how to get around — their local knowledge made exploring Dallas so much easier and more enjoyable. When we asked for dinner suggestions, they gave us several fantastic options that turned out to be some of our favorite meals of the trip!
What really impressed us was how quickly and kindly they resolved a small booking issue we had. Instead of feeling stressed, we felt reassured — their professionalism and genuine care turned a potential problem into a reminder of how outstanding their customer service truly is.
Every interaction with the team was friendly, helpful, and sincere. It’s clear they take pride in creating a great guest experience. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in Dallas!

The staff, amenities, and breakfast were wonderful, however our trip was overshadowed by a frustrating event. The rooftop bar “The monkey bar” is rowdy, and ridiculously busy. When we returned from our dinner we were informed that the manager said there is no parking available for hotel guests because the bar/valet was full. The employees did their best to get us parked after some time, but it was a very frustrating situation. Our parking fee was thankfully waived but I would never recommend this hotel to anyone due to that bar. The crowds were very drunk, loud, and reeked of marijuana. The manager refused to show up to assist with the issue, and refused to take calls. Minus the very large parking and bar issue, we had a decent time. The room was clean and nice, the staff was beyond excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. It’s the nights that leave you wishing you booked somewhere else.
