Perfect for short stay. Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. We have 2 queen beds and still have plenty of space in the room. Cereals, toast, fries fruits, and yogurts for breakfast so if you’re looking for more extravagant then this is not the place to be. Didn’t use any housekeeping service since we stayed for 1 night only.

We had a bit of a time getting in off the interstate because of being tired and unfortunately we knocked our luggage off the cart the loading into our rooms. So we were a bit frazzled but Antwane came to our rescue and helped us in. We also appreciated him picking us up on the evening shuttle. If you plan on using the morning shuttle make sure you are on the list and but you will have to jockey for a spot in line they don’t check it. Rooms were clean, nice and the beds were comfortable.

Staff was great, there were a number of issues with the building that are not reflective of the staff. The building is very cheaply constructed. While the room was spacious, I was on the freeway side. The windows were not appropriate to block out the sound so it feels like you are camping outdoors right next to the freeway. The television is very cheap, no chromecast or airplay. The speakers are so weak that even at full volume it was hard to hear above the road noise. You couldn't navigate by number on the remote/service which means that you had to scroll through the whole list to find a program or switch. Toilet was low flow and had troubles flushing, normally taking 2-3 flushes to empty. Elevator broke twice during the stay. You have to scan in and out of the parking lot and the scanners are poorly placed.
The place is probably ok if all you need is 1 night stay, but the price should probably be $50 less for what you get.

My room has a strong smell and I started getting a headache within a few minutes. I went to the front deck questioning if there was a plug-in or some kind of fragrance in the room. I was told that it was probably paint because the room had recently been painted. They put me in a different room. There was a smell but not as strong. It was NYE and apparently there were several people in the room above me and they were very loud all night. When I get in bed, there was so much static in the sheets that I couldn't even turn over without the sheets clinging to me. I slept in sweats on top of the bedspread with earbuds in all night. I had booked and paid for two nights but fortunately I was able to cancel the second night.

Clean comfortable rooms. The star of the show was Antwane! He picked us up at the airport, along with another family. All of us had spent the day at the San Diego airport after flights were delayed 6+ hours with many cancelled. None of us were planning on being overnight in Dallas, but such is life. Antwane heard us talking and offered to stop so that we could get some dinner to bring back to the hotel. It was late but he knew what was open and told us our options. Very kind of him to go out of the way so that we could all get something to eat.
Thanks Antwane!
