The front desk manager—Ahbi continued that excellent costumer service, going above and beyond with anything I needed. The room was nice, spacious and clean with all the amenities I needed. Overall great place and reasonably priced!

The shuttle driver who picked me up from Love field was Antonine, he was very nice & helpful with my luggage. The front desk staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Rooms appear to have been renovated but are still a bit old.

- CJChristian JoppekNov 8, 20252.0Es waren solide Zimmer und ein schönes Frühstück. Dennoch gibt es Punkte, die für ein Tochterunternehmen von Hilton sehr peinlich und respektlos sind. Dazu gehört das getrocknete Blut an der Badezimmertür und auf dem Boden, eine defekte Toilette und die nicht erfolgte aber zugesagte Reparatur der Toilette. Deshalb mussten wir in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen nach Rückkehr vom Tagestrip, trotz morgens an der Rezeption zur Kenntnis gegebener defekter Toilette. Ferner war das Zimmer nicht mal standardmäßig durch Housekeeping frisch gemacht worden. Der Herr an der Rezeption musste während unserer Beschwerde abends mehrfach widerlich aufstoßen, sehr unprofessionell. Er schickte dann einen alten verwirrten Mann für den Zimmertausch, der später noch eine nicht aktivierte Zimmerkarte brachte. Demnach waren wir an diesem Abend öfter an der Rezeption und mit dem Umzug in Bewegung. Das ist kostbare Zeit im Urlaub. Man wollte als kleine Entschuldigung einen Snack bringen, dieser kam natürlich auch nie an. Es wirkte, als seien dort nur Amateure.
