Stayed here for a weekend with decent rates but then find out when we park on-site and with no attendant or security apart from cameras, that it's $10/day or $20/night to park on the hotel property. Madness.
The room itself was ok. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, leaving us waking up with sore backs. Pillows were of no help as they deflate as soon as you lay on them.
Showering was impossible to not get water all over the floor, as there is no door to the shower to prevent it.
Then it comes to going to sleep. With the location of the building and it's proximity to the freeway, all that is heard all night is the traffic. There is apparently no sound proofing to help with this, and it makes it hard to sleep.
The best thing about this place is the staff; They are courteous and helpful.

The fact this was a historic moment for me cause this is where Tina Turner herself ran to after her fight with Ike in the limo, I was honored. Even though it was the Ramada then, but they still showed her respect when you enter the hotel. This hotel is very beautiful and I love the reason behind every structure. I will be back again to have a longer experience. From the outside, not much but on e you enter it's uniquely beautiful.

The hotel is beautiful and the people were nice. However, the pillows were super flat and there seemed to be no insulation. The wind blows the flaps in the bathroom making lots of noise. Above you could here the folks walking, and when they showered or flushed it sounded as running water in our bathroom. AND the highway noise ALL night long (especially motorcycles and muscle cars revving) was extremely loud, I had to buy and wear earplugs. We were on one of the highest floors and thought someone was right outside our window when they honked their car horn. I like the location but the proximity to the ultra busy highway with the lack of noise eliminating windows caused me to give it a lower rating. This hotel has been here long before ALL of the Dallas traffic, so not fault on the hotel other than invest in some better windows. That's my biggest complaint.

We love this Hotel! It has become our go to when we visit the DFW area. The decor is amazing! The elevator is super quick to and has a porthole its so cool! I cannot say enough about the staff they are always great and friendly. The restaurant/bar is very good as well, we look forward to eating there. Parking is easy. The pool is nice. The beds, omg the beds so comfy. I honestly could go on and on about how much we love this hotel, we tell everyone to stay there.

Very poor value for money.
Located next to major road and the noise in the rooms is awful. Woke up countless times because of the traffic. Take a torch, rooms are dark and poorly lit.
Tv system is glitchy. Half the channels just say no network
Electrics in my room were poor. Table next to beds had broken sockets that were falling out.
Restaurant is ok. Food isn’t bad, it’s ok. Nothing special. For the price though, not particularly good value for money.
Booked a breakfast inclusive rate. Despite confirming my room number, server at breakfast handed me the check and said I had to pay the check or sort out vouchers with reception. Somehow it was my responsibility to relay information between reception and the server on the rate I paid.
Overall, close to $650 for one night with meal for 3, in a room so noisy you can’t sleep. Very poor value, cannot recommend.
