  I stayed here on NYE. The concierge, Jim, checked us in and was very friendly. He filled us in on the activities the crescent was hosting that evening. We had some drinks/food at the bar in the lobby. Ashley was our bartender and she was incredible and so kind. Lastly, Amy down at the spa was a lifesaver when I forgot to bring a hair tie! Overall great service and hospitality, we will continue to come back!

  Our stay at The Crescent Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the level of service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality from the staff truly set this hotel apart. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and welcoming, but a special thank-you must go to Manny, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Manny took extra care to ensure our room was absolutely perfect and made sure our check-in process was smooth, seamless, and memorable. His attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and genuine desire to make us feel welcomed did not go unnoticed. The room itself was immaculate, beautifully prepared, and exceeded our expectations in every way. You can truly feel the pride the staff takes in delivering a top-tier guest experience. The Crescent Hotel is a class-act property with an incredible team behind it. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding service in Dallas, this is the place. We cannot wait to return. — Highly recommend!

  Not sure what they mean when they label themselves as a ‘4-Star Hotel’? Pros: • Valet staff and doormen are helpful getting you and your belongings out of your car and bringing your items to your room Cons: • Hallways are ‘perfumed’ and might give you a headache • Toilet paper is gas station tier • Carpet in room is stained and dingy • Valet who smokes weed might move your car and make it smell like pot • Bartenders downstairs can’t be bothered to pick up used plates or glassware from empty seats or wipe down the sticky mess left behind from previous patrons unless asked • Doors are poorly sealed with tons of light leak (see picture) • Not a ‘con’ but just dumb — wall art is matted atrociously (see picture) I could probably go on, but what are we really paying for here? The distinct privilege of overtipping staff to make your car smell like pot? Avant garde wall art that is dumb? Iron but no steamer for my clothes? Terrible toilet paper that is embarrassingly low quality? I’d rather stay at a Marriott Fairfield. What a joke.

  I had the best experience at Hotel Crescent for my wedding weekend. Truly, one of the best hotels in Dallas for hospitality. Isabel, my room block coordinator was lovely to work with and was very organized, professional and went above and beyond. Isabel upgraded the bride and groom suite for our wedding weekend to the two-story suite and it was AMAZING. Rick and Abdul were wonderful bellman and helped us to and from our rooms all weekend. Cesar, Raphael, and Manish at the front desk were excellent. They were efficient at navigating complex room blocks and room changes over five days. They were also awesome getting our vendors to and from our rooms. Thank you to the whole team! We were so impressed with the hospitality and it’s so refreshing to know true hospitality still exists.
