For context, I travel frequently for work and almost exclusively stay at Hilton branded hotels. This hotel falls far short of any other Hiltons I have ever stayed at. The short version: I booked and stayed in a one-bedroom suite. What was supposed to be a two-night stay turned into only a one-night stay. My experience was so poor, I packed up and moved to a different hotel for my final night in the Dallas area. The long version: Check-in went smoothly; the front desk receptionist informed me of the breakfast/pool hours, elevator location, etc. Upon entering my one-bedroom suite, I discovered none of the bedroom lights were working. All of the light bulbs in the room had been unscrewed slightly, but still in their sockets. I'm not sure why this was done, and I doubt the hotel staff were the culprits, but this definitely should have been caught by the cleaning staff prior to my arrival. Still, not a huge issue, just a little annoying. The following morning, I discovered that the bathtub/shower in my room did not have hot water. I suspect a bad mixing valve, as water slowed to a trickle in the full-hot position. I gritted my teeth through the ice-cold shower and put in a maintenance request when I went downstairs at about 7am. I was informed that maintenance would be available at about 3pm to take a look at it. While downstairs, I planned on grabbing a few breakfast items before departing for my workday. I was greeted by no hot food and no coffee. There was a single air pot sitting out at the coffee station, but it was empty. The front desk receptionist informed me that they would not have any hot food for "the next few days" as they were "waiting on a delivery truck." That would have been nice to know the night beforehand when I checked in. I could have planned to stop somewhere to grab a bite on my way to work. I arrived back at the hotel at about 2pm and occupied my time with some light work while waiting for maintenance to show up. By 5pm, I hadn't heard anything, so I tried calling the front desk for an update. Calling the hotel phone number from my cell resulted in a message that the person I was calling wasn't available and just forwarded me to the corporate Hilton 800-number. Neither of the two desk phones in my hotel room worked. I could hear the receptionist talking, but he couldn't hear me. To his credit, he came up to my room to check on me after receiving the calls. He informed me that maintenance was not working that day and that the hotel was fully booked, so he couldn't move me to a different room. I ended up cancelling my last night's stay and moving to a different hotel. I was refunded for the night I didn't stay. After relaying my experience to a few coworkers, one of them informed me that he has stayed at this location in the past and chose to move to a different hotel after his first night because he had roaches in his room. Overall, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if at all possible. And to Hilton, I strongly suggest separating yourselves from this disgrace of a hotel you've put your name on.

Two night stay. Breakfast 1st day no butter for the toast. Next day butter, but no toast. 1 st night one of the guys at the front desk played basket in the lobby with a friend. When they were not occupied with the basketball they were on the couches in the lobby fiddling with their phones. In the fitness room, the treadmill was broken. No bedlinen in the sofa bed. The small shop with convenience items in the lobby was virtually empty. The room had nu USB outlets and the TVs in the rooms were beyond outdated. Friendly staff otherwise.

Stay was horrible we usually stay downtown and the only reason we came to this hotel is because my kids wanted to swim the best part about the stay was checking out from the time we arrived and went to our room the smell reminded me of a bowling alley , the windows were filthy and to top it off we encountered 5 or 6 roaches during our stay I finally smashed the last one on the door and left it for them to find I asked to speak with the manager numerous times and was told he was on vacation and he would call me when he got back for a refund he never called me back even after numerous attempts I had to call daily for 2 weeks after my check out and he told me he could only give me 30$ back at this point that was fine but I still haven’t received a refund if I had to choose to stay in my car or go stay at this hotel again I’d sleep in my car 10 out of 10 times and to top it off the water pressure was equivalent to a fish tank pump
