Highly recommended. Very understanding and most reputable in the area. The day manager understood my situation, and the night worker went above and beyond to take care of me. Thank you so much.

The worst hotel I’ve ever been!!! My mom, my son and me have rash on our bodies!!! Just one night!!!! Just one night!!! The entire hotel is dirty, full of roaches, bugs bed, pieces of the elevator falling apart, carpet was broken and dirty, ac never stopped working on auto mode, making a loud noise all night, mattress were so dirty, and stinky. I booked for two days but we stayed only one night!!!

I showed up 30 min early and I wasn't able to check in because I booked 3rd party this has never been an issue anywhere else. The operation manager said they would not have breakfast for entire week and quickly offered me a refund. They do not have a working phone and do not seem to think that's an issue or know when their phone will work. He offered his email for Expedia since they do not have a phone. In speaking w Expedia they discovered phone doesn't work and emailed them and the email they had is not accurate. so I emailed manager and have been waiting nearly a week for a response. I stopped by last Friday left name and number at desk for management to reach out or check email to resolve and nothing. This is not a good way to run a business. Just find somewhere else. Can someone would Homewood reach out to me to resolve my refund.

I'm sorry to have to write this, but this was the worst stay at a Hilton in 20+ years! Not only did I not feel my vehicle was not safe in the parking lot, but I had to beg for towels and the condition of the hotel was more like a homeless shelter than a hotel. For instance, out front was an abandoned mattress and sofa! One resident had two large dogs tied up out front and they had deficated all over the lawn. The front doors didn't work. There was no bottled water for sale or available at all. The list is really endless! The AC didn't work...the fan blew all night but the temp never changed from 72 degrees. Frankly, I would ask for a full refund but I think my better choice is to switch to Marriott Bonvoy! Whatever you do, don't stay here!!!

For context, I travel frequently for work and almost exclusively stay at Hilton branded hotels. This hotel falls far short of any other Hiltons I have ever stayed at.
The short version: I booked and stayed in a one-bedroom suite. What was supposed to be a two-night stay turned into only a one-night stay. My experience was so poor, I packed up and moved to a different hotel for my final night in the Dallas area.
The long version: Check-in went smoothly; the front desk receptionist informed me of the breakfast/pool hours, elevator location, etc. Upon entering my one-bedroom suite, I discovered none of the bedroom lights were working. All of the light bulbs in the room had been unscrewed slightly, but still in their sockets. I'm not sure why this was done, and I doubt the hotel staff were the culprits, but this definitely should have been caught by the cleaning staff prior to my arrival. Still, not a huge issue, just a little annoying.
The following morning, I discovered that the bathtub/shower in my room did not have hot water. I suspect a bad mixing valve, as water slowed to a trickle in the full-hot position. I gritted my teeth through the ice-cold shower and put in a maintenance request when I went downstairs at about 7am. I was informed that maintenance would be available at about 3pm to take a look at it.
While downstairs, I planned on grabbing a few breakfast items before departing for my workday. I was greeted by no hot food and no coffee. There was a single air pot sitting out at the coffee station, but it was empty. The front desk receptionist informed me that they would not have any hot food for "the next few days" as they were "waiting on a delivery truck." That would have been nice to know the night beforehand when I checked in. I could have planned to stop somewhere to grab a bite on my way to work.
I arrived back at the hotel at about 2pm and occupied my time with some light work while waiting for maintenance to show up. By 5pm, I hadn't heard anything, so I tried calling the front desk for an update. Calling the hotel phone number from my cell resulted in a message that the person I was calling wasn't available and just forwarded me to the corporate Hilton 800-number. Neither of the two desk phones in my hotel room worked. I could hear the receptionist talking, but he couldn't hear me. To his credit, he came up to my room to check on me after receiving the calls. He informed me that maintenance was not working that day and that the hotel was fully booked, so he couldn't move me to a different room. I ended up cancelling my last night's stay and moving to a different hotel. I was refunded for the night I didn't stay.
After relaying my experience to a few coworkers, one of them informed me that he has stayed at this location in the past and chose to move to a different hotel after his first night because he had roaches in his room.
Overall, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if at all possible. And to Hilton, I strongly suggest separating yourselves from this disgrace of a hotel you've put your name on.
