Not good! I checked in last night and complained to the front desk this morning about dirty shower and broken bathroom door. They said they’ll handle it. Well guess what? They did NOT!!! Talked to manager on duty and he told me that it wasn’t my turn for cleaning. I explained that it was dirty when I checked in, he said no one told him and nothing he can do. He didn’t ask my name or room number or anything. Then how did he know it wasn’t my turn? Anyway I called Hilton and created a case number. We’ll see.

I don’t know where to start. We came into town for some medical visits. Being veterans we can not always decided what doctors there going to send us to. We booked a stay because of the location close to my girlfriends doctors office. Her and myself both have true service dogs. No, they are not ESA. The front desk attendant was extremely rude, and was more worried about collecting a deposit, which legally cannot be used for a service animal in the first place. Having stayed at one of these facilities for almost 2 years with a service dog. I was a little irritated with them demanding a deposit. I probably would have paid one have they not been so callous and rude and unprofessional with their behaviors. When I questioned the deposit, we were asked to leave. I would not have minded paying a deposit again as I said, had there behavior been more professional. We booked this hotel well ahead of our trip. Thankfully, we’re able to find other accommodations very close. We were able to salvage our trip and get our money back.

First time staying at this location and it will definitely be my last. I had a 2 night stay and i was placed on the 3rd floor…if you’re looking to get some decent rest, please do not come here. I had to listen to the people above me stomp over my head the entire time i was there. It was terrible. Also last night at 3 am someone was outside in the hallway talking on his phone. I called to ask someone come up and see about it and the front desk guy came up to tell him “keep it down”..instead of go inside of your room to stop disturbing guest who are trying to sleep. This started at 310 and didn’t end up almost 4 am. It’s ridiculous. Very disappointed. The rooms were decent and Shaunda at the front was friendly.

Building was a 4, Staff and hospitality was a 6, thus my 5 star rating. Life is full of compromises, and this much is also true with Hotels. As a seasoned traveler you must have tempered expectations unless you’re paying top dollar constantly, and even then I suppose some would always complain. The building was the part that needs the most TLC, rooms are probably close to needing renovation but still truly nice. I usually book based on location and reason for travel so this was near my destination, and it is perfectly situated in a highrise commercial building atmosphere and tucked away nicely between a good looking commercial property and apartment complex. Staff were so friendly and helpful I couldn’t wait to write the review, my only delay is I keep hoping to find the paper I wrote the young lady at counters name on to give her praise. Over a few days stay, we met almost all staff and both Anthony and Victor were both great, but the young lady at desk handled a busy counter and coworker no show with no back up like a champ. I hope to edit soon and confirm her name, I think it was Teondra, so sorry for error as I’m recalling from memory a week later. Anyways well worth the value for sure, and considering right off highway 75 and close to all, but yet quite and tucked away which feels very secluded.
