We usually love Home2 Suites but were very disappointed with this specific one. The hotel lobby reeks of weed. The first room given to us smelled like cigarette smoke. The worker was kind & let us switch rooms. In our new room, there was no hand soap in our bathroom, the tissue box in our bathroom looked full & decorated but you pull it out all to see they just stuffed the top to make it look good but actually empty, & there were several places throughout the hotel hallways with stained carpet and peeling walls. Overall this is a run down, not well-kept hotel. Definitely don't recommend.

After staying at a separate hotel the night before, and witnessing multiple cars get broken into, we decided a new hotel was needed. Hilton helped move us to this Home2 Suites, which we immediately felt safer at upon arrival. Extra security cameras, lighting, and surrounding residential buildings helped ease our neves. Plus, Anthony was so pleasant and helpful at check in. He made us feel welcome and our belongings secure 😊

Not good! I checked in last night and complained to the front desk this morning about dirty shower and broken bathroom door. They said they’ll handle it. Well guess what? They did NOT!!! Talked to manager on duty and he told me that it wasn’t my turn for cleaning. I explained that it was dirty when I checked in, he said no one told him and nothing he can do. He didn’t ask my name or room number or anything. Then how did he know it wasn’t my turn? Anyway I called Hilton and created a case number. We’ll see.

I don’t know where to start. We came into town for some medical visits. Being veterans we can not always decided what doctors there going to send us to. We booked a stay because of the location close to my girlfriends doctors office. Her and myself both have true service dogs. No, they are not ESA. The front desk attendant was extremely rude, and was more worried about collecting a deposit, which legally cannot be used for a service animal in the first place. Having stayed at one of these facilities for almost 2 years with a service dog. I was a little irritated with them demanding a deposit. I probably would have paid one have they not been so callous and rude and unprofessional with their behaviors. When I questioned the deposit, we were asked to leave. I would not have minded paying a deposit again as I said, had there behavior been more professional. We booked this hotel well ahead of our trip. Thankfully, we’re able to find other accommodations very close. We were able to salvage our trip and get our money back.
