- ADAndres DonosoNov 15, 20251.0I specifically requested to please have my room cleaned, got verbal confirmation that it would happen. Room wasn't cleaned. Called the front they apologized and said that they were so sorry they'd look into it and make sure it got cleaned the next day. Next day, still no service for the room. Called and was told they were sorry. I asked to move rooms. The manager working was extremely rude and had a disgusting attitude. The agent moved me to a room with no toilet seat. Went back down was told that that was the last room they could offer me of my room type. Offered me a downgraded room. I took it and asked that someone call me. I paid for the better room and never got it. No one has called, no follow up. Very disappointing. Avoid this property.

I can tell all of the staff is trained well by a good manager, because they have excellent customer service skills, which is hard to find these days. Chimaia is a standout employees and has been the most helpful. She remembered me from my last visit that I was there for medical reasons. She doesn't know how much she helped with my anxiety over traveling and forgetting to book my room in advance. She was able to get me a great rate on the very last room available and was kind and really shows concern for her guest. Thank you for doing your job do well.
