Accused me of “threatening” because I said if you don’t help me I won’t have any option but to affect your reviews since I’ve contacted both the AGM and GM by email and was told the GM would call me back but he never did. Zayy was nice and chill but unfortunately I got some liberal when I called back toward the end of the day. Very unpleasant experience. This hotel is not good value, everything cheap, and didn’t even up staying here yet got charged $200 when I was told that I would be refunded by the manager. Lot of lying going on here, Chantel very dishonest, waiting to see if this Dylan general manager going to sort this or try to make my experience even worse somehow.

The staff was friendly as can be. Specifically Arnethia. Rooms are clean, bed was comfy. Had a great view of downtown Dallas from my room and the pool as well. Within walking distance of Deep Ellum. So there is plenty of things to do and places to eat at. This is my second time staying here and both were excellent stays. Hidden gem at the right price in my mind.

I had a reservation for 6 months and even confirmed 2 weeks out. Ended up having to spend much more money finding somewhere else. Classless
