I stayed at Home 2 Suite on Gaston by Baylor Scott and White for a doctors appointment on Dec21 and checked out Dec 22. After leaving our credit card was charged 41.20 extra. I called, called and called wanting to know what that charge was for. First I was told it was for incidentals, then for extra items that I purchased from downstairs, then because we had two cars parked. Finally, I was refunded 1/2 of the money because it end up being for 2 nights of parking, which I only stayed one night. So always get your receipts from this place, cause it appears they charge you whatever the hell they want.

This is a very very nice hotel. Extremely clean, great amenities, great location, and very safe. It says that the parking garage is $19 a day but it's actually only $5. Breakfast is great, they have a yogurt bar, oatmeal, waffles, (plenty of toppings for all that), breakfast sandwich building station, muffins and bagels, cereal, coffee, juice, and milk.

My daughter had surgery at Baylor Vascular Hospital. And it’s an easy walk! Less than a block. The staff was helpful and friendly! The room was roomy and had everything we needed. There are 2 restaurants close by that are so good. And you get a free breakfast! Wish there was always a hotel like this near hospitals. There was even a man with a sweet dog that stayed there. Oh and the beds are so comfortable! I had to sleep at the hospital one night and didn’t get any sleep.. next night at the hotel was perfect sleep. 💤

Me and my husband stayed the night in the Dallas Home2 by Hilton after the Trans Siberian Orchestra Concert. We stayed on the fifth floor, room 533. Everything was great, but apparently I was snoring very loudly (confirmed by my husband) when I was awoken during the night when it felt like someone kicked the bottom of my bed. I sat up abruptly and flung my arm around my husband who did not feel anything. Apparently, I was too loud and disrupted the spirits!

1/07/2026 - EDIT TO ADD: I have called four different times to speak to Dylan and have been unable to get ahold of him, I guess he's never at the hotel. End result is the uniform was not recovered, the reception staff at this locaiton is rude and dismissive and I stand by my original review that you should not stay here, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Stayed here 12/5/25-12/7/25 for a cheer competition at the convention center. My daughter left her cheer uniform in a drawer in our room and as soon as we realized it on Tuesday at 5:30pm 12/9 I called and spoke to the front desk. She said she had to ask housekeeping if they had seen it and she would call me back. Had not heard back as of this morning so I called at 8:00am and same answer, her housekeeping manager would not be in until 8:30am. At 11am still no call back, so I called again only because I live in Houston and I have a friend in Dallas at the moment that could swing by and grab it. Now she is saying they didn't find anything. I know for a fact it was left there and why someone would want to steal a child's cheer uniform is beyond me. I asked to speak to a manager, she said she is not on site but would transfer me to leave a voicemail for Madison Johnson. The phone just rings and rings with no way to leave a voicemail. I called back and it went to the front desks VM this time so I left one requesting a call back. The rooms were big, fairly clean (except for the pullout couch was dirty and torn) but too far to walk to the convention center. I would absolutely never stay here again, we come every year for this cheer comp, save yourself any headaches and stay at the Omni.
