    I recently visited a Hilton hotel and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience while waiting in line. I encountered racial discrimination from the staff, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Although I did not end up staying at the hotel, I hope Hilton will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their inclusivity and staff training.

    Well my fiance was in town and booked us a room at the Hilton. First off it was over $600 for 3 nights and then they add a extra $150 on top of what you have to pay for the room. For that much money they should be serving free breakfast at least and they didn't even have that. The room was clean but a bit out dated on the decor of the room, but I will say love the big walk-in shower and the mini fridge actually froze drinks and food if need be. Ooh and the lady that works the day shift is rude but the overnight guy that comes in is awesome great attitude and beautiful personality. Would I go again? Want be my first choice but wouldn't be my last either

    Truck was broken into with about 5 or 6 other vehicles 12/27 early am. All were right by the front door and had cameras facing them. Fortunately they just ripped the bed cover off and left it but the 5 others had windows busted. Staff did not seem to care.

    Several cars were broken in to overnight. Reported to staff and they did not seem overly concerned. Upon reading reviews from several months ago, this appears to be a RECURRING problem. Not going to accuse staff of being in on it, but their lack of concern was definitely strange.

    I was shocked to find the bathroom door does not close. It was a sliding door with a HUGE gap on both sides. There was zero privacy. I’ve never been in a hotel with a bathroom “door” like this. There was nasty pubic hair and mold on the shower floor and the soap dispenser was empty. (See attached pics.) Definitely would not stay here again.
