My only experience with this hotel was very negative from the second I pulled up. I was informed prior to arrival that self parking was not an option. There were no signs indicating where to leave cars for the valet, no one around to ask. A member of my group had to get out and go ask for details. We were told to leave the vehicle where it was. I did. A different member of my party paid for the valet at the stand. She handed him a 50 and he asked if she needed change!!! Did he really think that he may get a $35 tip especially when it was prepaid and we had no service yet to base a tip on?? I said yes, we need change and he took an unreasonable amount of time to provide it. When my event was over I came out to find my car had never been moved! Later, the member of my party that paid for the valet realized she was shorted! I only visited this hotel for an event and didn't get a room, but travel frequently and this will affect my hotel choice.

Reserved 2 queen rooms (2-beds) for 3 adults and 4 kids. Check into the hotel to find they’ve changed the rooms to Kings (1-bed) w/ a crappy pull-out (no notification), one of which can’t even convert into a bed because it hit the King. Have to wait over an hour to get new rooms only to have no hot water in either. Everything is 3rd party; valet parking, the sundry, etc. Literally nothing can be charged to the room. Incredibly frustrating and will absolutely NEVER stay in this hotel again.
