VICTIM OF A CRIME WHILE STAYING HERE: We stayed here in October and rented two rooms for two nights. When checking out, my son noticed the taillights on his 2025 Tacoma had been stolen. When reporting it to management, someone else was reporting the same thing for their vehicle. I requested reimbursement for the cost of the taillights. The hotel refused to reimburse me, saying they were not liable and have signs saying you park there at your own risk. So please know, should you stay here, your vehicle may also be at risk of criminal activity. We will not be staying here again.

Its in a good location if you will be kicking it downtown. The hotel is older but was clean for the most part. There were dishes in the hallway when I checked in and when I got back in at 1am the dirty dishes were still in the hallway. The hallways were hot and humid and so was my room. I tried to turn the temperature down but you have to call the front desk to switch over from heat to cold or vs versa from what the note above the thermostat says. My cousin came to take a shower in my room cause she said her tub was rusted but once again its an older hotel. The front desk people were very friendly and welcoming.

I woke up this morning in my room and my thermostat was at 86° and I was sweating. I told the front desk about it and they tell me “oh ya the thermostat is set to heat and if you want it changed you have to let us know and we’ll send a maintenance guy up to manually change it through the unit”. I’ve never heard of this excuse before and made my stay very uncomfortable. Staff not helpful at all and genuinely don’t care about you.

We are staying here right now for LAN and we woke up to my friends car being stolen and my other friends car broken into with all windows smashed. We also found bed bugs in our bed last night and had to switch rooms. Never want to come back to Dallas after that I want a full refund. Not helpful at all, claims that this stuff just “happens all the time”. If people are getting their cars stolen and broken into every week then hire a lot security man.

Came in for lights all night yesterday and half our group had to switch their room because they found some sort of bed bug or tick bug in their bed. We all wake up this morning and my boyfriend’s car is stolen and our friends car is broken into with all windows smashed. Hotel staff just offered someone to clean up the glass and said that car thefts and break ins are common. Don’t stay here
