The TVs have 3 inch bezels, the phones are yellow from age, the showers are rusted and moldy. The AC units have to be manually switched from warm to cold by an engineer. I woke up to my room at 94 degrees. I asked for a bottle of water at the front desk. I am Diamond and they refused. We have removed it from our corporate travel list and recommend you avoid at all cost.

Dryer at the laundry doesn’t dry properly. You can’t tune your A/C at the room, because it’s too old. And one thing I’ve never seen in Hilton before - in every Hilton in every city in every country the breakfast is included for us as a Hilton golden members. Except this place - they give you “$10 credit” for your breakfast in the buffet. And for $10 you can have one waffle with no topping. Lady at the reception seems to be very uninterested in her job and hotel guests.
