Beware of a $50 valet charge that is not clearly communicated up front!! They don’t have self parking, and they do not share with you up front the valet charge. Very disappointed in the customer care and transparency of this hotel.

As a USAF vet, the way your company is treating DHS and ICE agents is totally unacceptable. I sincerely hope your company suffers severely.

The rooms are old and worn out. The bathroom lighting actually casts a shadow on the face when leaning in - making it useless for applying makeup. The full length mirror has an overhead spotlight, making it unsuitable for seeing the details of your outfit, and the desk lamp is about 40 watts bright making it useless for any viewing. In short, the lighting is dank and dingie. The restaurant has a limited menu, and the table service both morning and lunch was extremely slow, almost painfully slow. It was so slow that I had to get up and ask the bartender for my bill, and he had to get our waitress out of the back to give us the bill. It's okay for a leisurely meal but not a quick bite in a hurry. Also, there is a safe and fridge and coffee service, but no microwave, so don't plan on heating a cup of soup. The valet parking is $46/night, in-&-out is okay. They are pretty prompt getting the vehicles in & out and are nice folks who hustle to keep it moving.

I stay at this hotel out of necessity of proximity to family but it is consistently overpriced, the staff isn’t usually great, our rooms smell moldy or furniture has suspicious stains. There’s a hum throughout our entire floor that’s annoying, makes you feel like you’re being put through some torture scenario. Overall it’s extremely dated, and they charge you for everything. To get useable internet speeds or to have your car parked, be prepared to pay at least $40 every day you’re here. This place needs a full tear down and rebuild. You’d think this neighborhood would have higher standards. The beds are fine at least.

We have been coming here for years. This Hilton remains neat and tidy. It's location is without a doubt handy to visit nearby well known restaurants, The Meadows Museum at SMU and North Park shopping mall. The front desk folks and valet parking group are all friendly and helpful. Ash and Beck are top notch Barista's/servers even when they are under pressure of having a full restaurant/bar. Sandra was our pleasant server who took care of us when we had a delicious lunch. Abdul, Cedric, Pascal, Elsa, Dae'lon and Kabir are all employees who are attentive and experienced. Thanks for a pleasant stay at Hilton Dallas/Park Cities as alwats. We look forward to our next stay here.
