    One of *the* most memorable experiences—all thanks to the staff! The individuals here are kind, prompt and attentive in all aspects. I traveled solo during Thanksgiving, but easily made friends with others in the lobby; if you ever need a moment to yourself outside of your room, the lobby is optimal! I often walked or Lyft’d to where I needed to go, and I could tell certain members of valet were looking out for me. I had a flight that departed at the crack of dawn and somehow in a haste, forgot my cell phone. An officer (on his second week there) located my phone and had it shipped back faster to me than ANY department of the airport could even acknowledge my request. The amount of stress and strife staff must handle during holiday season and not once did I ever feel like I was bothersome, or a nuisance—two things that go *such* a long way in hospitality. If you’re looking for an environment that is accommodating and effortless in all executions, do not hesitate to book here! VERY female solo travel friendly!

    It’s 2:51 AM. This is our second night here. The air conditioning has not worked since we’ve been here. It isn’t hot outside, but our room is 78 degrees. Maintenance guy just left the room, but he didn’t speak any discernible English, so I don’t know if anything is getting fixed or not. I called the front desk and asked for a fan, and they acted like those do not exist. I mean it is Texas, how does this place not have a fan??? Not one person seems even remotely concerned in helping my wife and I. You could stay at a highway underpass and it would be more accommodating than this place.

    We had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Hotel in Lincoln Centre, Dallas. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. Our waiter, David, truly stood out and made the experience even better. He was attentive, friendly, and highly professional, always checking in at the right moments and making sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. David’s service was warm and genuine, and he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well cared for. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish exceeded our expectations and reflected the quality and care of the kitchen. Overall, between David’s outstanding service, the delicious food, and the high standards of the hotel, it was a fantastic experience. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Dallas.

    David gave the best service with a friendly smile and very kind and helpful. We was very good at explaining the options to us and gave overall a great experience for us. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed over. I felt welcome and at peace. I believe it's because of the great staff. I would employ these people if I had a hotel business. The rest of the staff is also friendly. Marjorie is a very kind friendly lady. Her friendly demeanor makes the place a very warm place to be. I always say the person at reception is your first impression at a place and she is fortune the right fit for the job. We'll done on all the staff that really takes pride in their jobs. We will be back because of this great service The only thing I would recommend is to improve the rooms a little bit - make it a bit more modern. It is very clean what I do like is the cleaniness of the rooms and bathroom. From the shampoo to the body wash and lotion was very great and fresh. Rene at reception is also very kind. Hid warm smile made the experience great. Jessica also gave a warm smile. She was very helpful Saul made the best tea every morning. He knows that I order the same tea every morning. English tea time. Saul is such a kind hearted person it was lovely to speak to him every morning. Thank you Saul Overall Hilton Dallas is a great experience. Feel safe we will book again and bring the family with us Hilton is the best of the best. I will never forget Hilton. Marjorie is a real angel (everyday when we woke up we went to the lobby to give her a good morning hug) it was our home away from home. I even cried when I left Hilton. There is not a lot of Hotels where a person feels at home. It is the people that makes a place warm and welcome. Marjorie was so good and kind towards us we left with tears in our eyes because we are going to miss her We want to stay at this hotel again Kindest Regards from SA

    Ice and I decided to take a Christmas vacation to see our team play (and win!). We decided to extend our stay to two nights and we informed the very nice lady before we ever checked in, just to make sure she was aware so there wouldn’t be any miscommunication or interruption in our stay. No problem - and she was super nice too. Next day at 12:00 pm, a lady from the front desk is knocking on our door. No phone call, nothing. All she did was stand there too. And I, guessing by her angry demeanor, politely told her that we had extended our stay and had informed the front desk the day prior. She walked away, and I figured we were taken care of. It’s Christmas Eve, mind you - and we paid to be here on Christmas. That’s a big deal. So, I called the front desk as a courtesy to make sure. Nope. I guess the plan was to find a reason to create legal trouble for myself and my service dog on Christmas Eve. That’s serious. I’m very upset about it. She was incredibly rude, still hadn’t even looked up my name to even CHECK for a reservation, just told me “I don’t see it.” SO RUDE to me too, definitely trying to have me arrested for purchasing a night for Christmas at the hotel. That’s crazy. I reminded her that I had informed the desk before we had ever checked in. “Still don’t see it.” And when I mentioned who we had booked it through, she snapped back with, “never heard of it.” Your ignorance is not my problem whenever I’ve done everything I’m supposed to, and went above and beyond to make sure everything would be smooth. Thanks. I decided to make SOME MORE CALLS on Christmas Eve, when all she had to do was literally type in my name. And finally, we get a call back. “Oh, I found it.” I’m sorry, I wanted to give 5 stars, I love the location and the pool - and everyone aside from that has been super nice and welcoming. Aside from that, Merry Christmas! 🎄
