It took me a year to be able to talk about this terrible experience. On May 3rd of last year, my husband and I decided to stay here for our wedding night. To begin with, no one bothered to help us or offer us a cart to take our belongings to the room. After settling in, while I was doing my makeup and the photographer was working, someone from the hotel knocked on the door. They needed to check our room because there was a leak in another room. We let them in without a problem while we continued with what we were doing. Suddenly, after going in and out of our room several times (which was starting to get a little uncomfortable), they asked us to leave the room because they needed to work in it. I told them we would leave when the photos and my makeup were finished. When we had to change rooms, they didn't offer any assistance or even apologize (a very unprofessional attitude on their part). There we were, my husband and I, me still in my wedding dress and all dressed up for the occasion, carrying our belongings and suitcases from one room to another. We tried to put it all behind us; we really wanted to enjoy the day. But just when we thought things couldn't get any worse, after a lovely dinner with friends and family, we arrived at our new room completely exhausted (where we couldn't sleep all night because the air conditioning wasn't working). Every second in that place was so frustrating that at 7 a.m. we packed our things and left. We just wanted to escape and forget our terrible experience on what was supposed to be the best day of our lives.

Place is incredible. Gorgeous. The facilities are too notch. But the staff is terrible. We went for LAN paid a ton of money. On our way back both nights security met you at the curb yelling at everyone... Yelling....to produce room keys. They put their hands up and stopped you from entering. Incredibley un welcoming to the spot that's supposed to be home for the next few days. Even when we were inside they had another guy at the elevators yelling at everyone again.....just not the vibe....other then that the experience was great.

Location is nice but there are a few other options. I feel like the hotel is trying to adapt to new technologies but are not quite there yet. For example, tv of hotel in 2025 should have very easy casting and or smart tv options.
The hotel is also massive so i appreciate the effort to guide us when we first arrived here. It also didn’t help that you need multiple room keys(which for some reason didn’t work for us, we have to use mobile key), a qr code for ev charging and another pass for the fitness center.

I splurged this Christmas and rented one of the Christmas Chalets at their Christmas season ice rink. Considering the weather was going to top out near 80; I was anticipating the event to be pretty miserable. Despite the very un-christmas like warmth the staff at the Anatole were so nice and chill and made us feel like VIPs. Great people make all the difference, Thanks and Merry Christmas to the guys serving the Chalets on Christmas Eve, we all appreciated the excellent service.

Don’t fall for the shiny experience! The Hilton Anatole on 2201 Stemmons Freeway, Dallas, TX. My wife searched for great place to stay in Dallas. This place will nickel and dime you with fees. After checking in, we had to reconfirm the fees because we were so confused by what the concierge told us. We thought it would be a flat fee, but they had other charges and weren’t upfront with that when my wife called to confirm availability. We stayed in room 5184. When you walk in this place, it is definitely impressive on the surface, but that’s where it ends. The bed had nice pillows, but the mattress is a brick with a pillow top. Not to mention the black mold in the shower. We arrived 12/16/25 around 8pm and told them we would stay two nights. We stay the night. I personally didn’t get much sleep from laying on the brick bed, and we decided we would check out 12/17/25 at 9:30am. No problem. Wrong. Here come the fees again. Since we said we would stay two nights, the concierge/manager says there policy is you can leave but still have to pay for the second night. These people try hold you hostage so they can get as much of you money as possible. After long discussions, they charged half the room charge for the night we wouldn’t be there. This is the worst 13.5 hour experience. Beware, if you stay here, I would do it night by night. There is no hospitality in this location. Do better Hilton!
