The front desk were nice, the breakfast was nice, aside from the low sing water pressure and the small room trash cans, the room was pretty decent. Parking was spacious and free. The BEST part was the location, food is walkable and don't have to cross a street to get to it and if you do walk across a street its not that bad or far for different restaurants, very convenient. Would book again.
