In this economy being a greedy corporation isn't looking good. I will never reserve a room with this specific hotel or any Hiltons ever! They never accommodate!

Unfortunately the Bartender (female young girl) told us straight, that “SHE HAS THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE TO SERVED US OR NOT!!!” Beginning with To attend and visit that kind of place, IT IS UNACCEPTABLE HER ATTITUDE I WAS BEYOND IN SHOCK AND SO EMBARRASSED… I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT BAR… “Sometimes Ignorance destroys great opportunities for businesses”.
- SSShawnaNov 17, 20255.0What an amazing weekend at the Hall Arts Hotel Dallas!! My daughters and I stayed there for the weekend to celebrate all three of our birthdays! We were greeted by amazing staff!! Alexis and Curtis made us feel welcome and special right away! With complimentary champagne and macaroons for our birthday to begin our stay! We enjoyed the heated rooftop pool each night. It was so peaceful and beautiful under the stars with Dallas City lit up! They lobby is so stunning with festive Christmas decor! Curtis helped facilitate a little photo shoot that we had. Ava and Brandon provided champagne for us at the pool on Saturday with a sweet birthday card! Tanner was our waiter and took such good care of us! He treated us to gelato with fruit to take to our room to have with our cupcakes! He also gave us a wonderful recommendation for something to do the following day. Our room was gorgeous and clean with a great view! I love the clean, modern aesthetic of the Hall Arts Hotel! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel special in a beautiful environment.

My mom, sister and I came to Hall Arts hotel to celebrate all three of our birthdays and the staff SPOILED us! I’m talking two bottles of champagne, macaroons, free gelato at Ellie’s (THANK YOU TANNER) and more! Ava, Alexis, Curtis, and Brandon are absolutely amazing. We had a fantastic weekend thanks to them. Our room was gorgeous and very clean, the beds were so comfy and the pool was heated and delightful. We felt safe and the location is awesome! I recommend Hall Arts Hotel 1,000%!

Ava was amazing before we even checked in, and every staff member we encountered delivered top-tier service. Another highlight was the gym. Since it’s a shared residential fitness center, the equipment is far above the standard hotel setup — high-quality cardio machines and equipment. It was perfect for us! We also really enjoyed the on-site restaurant that provides room service. Everything we ordered was delicious. We went to a Stars game and loved that we could walk there in about 25 minutes with zero issues or concerns. The location felt safe and incredibly convenient. This hotel truly elevated our celebration and made the trip special. We would absolutely recommend it and will stay again!
