- BSBob S3 days ago1.0They added valet parking to my bill, even though I didn’t have a car there, and have refused to remove it. Terrible customer service experience from Marissa at the front desk on top of it all.

The location is outstanding for wanting to get anywhere in Dallas, I personally love the proximity to SMU as well, and the employees always make me feel welcome during each visit. The property is always clean, from the lobby to each hallway/room, and the pillows, wall paper, and signage that pay tribute to the state of Texas are a very nice touch. I only choose to stay at the Graduate Dallas each time I go back, and I don't see that changing given all of my amazing experiences each visit.

I have stayed there several times since my daughter is a freshmen as SMU. From the valet, the front desk staff, the restaurant… the spirit to serve is alive!!! Helina Zinabu is now a friend I look forward to visiting. The manager Gil, Will at the bar and the whole team go above and beyond to make you feel like home. I am not sure what others are looking for but I can get a room and meal anywhere… these PEOPLE make the place and Mr. Hilton himself would be proud here.
