Well hidden parking fees when booking the property. More and more hilton properties are going to these racket parking operations and it puts a sour taste in trailers mouths. The room was dated as well and interaction with front desk employee was not great.

Company provided trip for training. Close to my class. Loved the CVS pharmacy next door. Plenty of eating places that can be walked to. Area not really meant for bigger pickup trucks

Almost everything was excellent. The only complaint I have is that the motion blur on the television was turned on and the setting were locked to where I couldn't turn it off. Trying to watch anything with that soap opera effect drives me crazy. I know that's not on the hotel staff. Just a note for whoever sets up the televisions for the hotel. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Had a really solid stay at Embassy Suites Dallas. The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful the whole time. Check-in was smooth and everything worked like it should.
Breakfast was actually good, and the evening happy hour was a nice bonus. Location was convenient and easy to get in and out of.
Overall, no complaints at all—would definitely stay here again.

Not a great experience at all. I was told at check-in that basically my Gold Member benefits (I hit Diamond this trip) weren’t honored there because “We’re Embassy Suites, we have different comps”. They also tried to charge $10 for a $2.50 bottle of water, with no prices posted in the shop. The bar also was super sparse for selection, even by hotel standards. But the bigger issue was the lack of sleep I got the entire trip. The room had a decent amount of external noise coming through, even though it was a suite with a private bedroom. There was also a spotlight in the parking lot shining directly at my bedroom window, and the blackout curtains were unable to block it out fully. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this hotel and will stay at the Hilton nearby going forward. Really disappointing because I do like the Embassy Suites brand, but this location just didn’t meet expectations.
