Me and my bf stayed this past weekend. The location is great centrally located and right near a cvs, the hotel has nice amenities like the hot tub and small fitness area that we used, although it would be nice to have a laundry room. We enjoyed the fresh omelettes during breakfast and free drinks during happy hours, although the margaritas was made too sweet one time by a lady working the bar two nights (there was a guy there the first night that made it better). Overall we loved the room, staff was nice but the low rating comes from upon check out learning we were charged a smoking fee when we did not smoke and the front desk lady kept saying the sensor automatically charges the room when smoke is detected. I told her something must be wrong with the sensor and usually staff should come up to double check which if they came up whenever the sensor told them they would have saw no smoking occurred. We checked out on Sunday and was told we had to speak with GM on Monday, I never was able to speak to GM had to call corporate to escalate the issue and get the fee removed. Sucks because we were saying how great the experience was the whole time only to check out and be disappointed .

We stayed here to celebrate my son’s 15th birthday and to take him to a Stars hockey game. The location was perfect for easy traveling to the hockey game. The surrounding area feels very safe and has lots of nice restaurant choices. The hotel itself was great and has very friendly staff. When one of the front desk ladies found out it was my son‘s birthday she went out of her way to make him feel special. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of great choices, the made to order omelet station was really good. The only minor negative I can say is about the pillows on the beds.. They are down feather pillows and don’t hold any firmness so if you have a bad neck like I do, you might want to bring your own pillow. We will most definitely stay here again.

Bums outside and not up front on the $27.99 a day for parking without valet or security apparently not once did I see security drive through the parking lot so what the hell am I paying for. No one can sleep in the front room because the works have the music in the open area so loud you can understand every word from 4:00 a.m. on. Old Paris Hilton must be going broke. Find a different place to stay.

The was a leak on our room from the window and wall the first night of our stay. It was raining all night and water leaked in. The floor, wall and curtains were soaked. My boyfriend’s belt, wallet and key fob were in his pants which he left on the floor and all were ruined by the amount of water. The front desk did not seem apologetic or concerned. There was mold on the wall where the leak was coming from so this is not a new issues. We had to ask for a new room. They did move us to a new room but we had to go home the next day with sopping wet pants as they have not yet dried from the night before. We asked to speak to a manager and were told one was not available all weekend and that they would call us on Monday. We have not yet received a call yet. This hotel is not worthy of being a Hilton partner. The breakfast staff were very friendly and nice.
