Their team is always accommodating, professional, and proactive when it comes to maintaining their fitness center. It’s great to see how much they value keeping their residents’ gym in top condition. We’re proud to provide their quarterly maintenance service and look forward to continuing our partnership!

Good location , unfortunately I dislike hotels that allow animals in the rooms, super nasty , knowing how sloppy the maids are anywhere. But the red flag is that there are people who live there permanently ! I’ve seen the same person in every stay, which is 3 times within 2 months I stayed 2 nights each time. A colorful of guys in and out with the same person ! That should be enough for people to figure out where I’m going with this.

Compared to our last conference in Tampa, this hotel was a lot cleaner. However, there was no hot water in my room, the hotel was like 150 yds from a major interstate which was loud all night, the elevators took forever to get to each floor, the hotel restaurant food was disgusting and overpriced, the refrigerator and microwave didn't work properly, the USB-C charger in the room didn't work so my work phone went dead during the trip, and the bar/restaurant employees were less than accommodating. Went there for their happy hour, but-- despite loving a free drink-- I won't be back for one my 2nd night of this trip because I'm not a fan of being talked down to. Also, the blonde bartender was absolutely rude despite our best attempts to cut jokes with her. I'm sorry the bartenders were there since 6AM. Guess what? I was up since 2AM and driving 9 1/2 hrs since 4:30AM that morning. If I can be friendly to your bartenders, they can suck it up and be friendly to me. Lastly, I was staying two nights, but housekeeping never took out the trash or dirty towels after my first night despite leaving the DND sign off the handle for a reason. Guess the government shutdown means fewer services from hotel staff that you're paying for as part of your nightly rate? Smh... Had it not been for our company paying for our hotel room and food (with my taxpayer dollars), I would never have chosen this hotel, for the location, alone. Update 10/22: Since I had a large couple wake me up having sex hitting the bedpost against the wall above my head at 3AM and then found a dead cockroach in the bathroom the next morning, I decided to bring my score down to 2 stars.
