- NSNicole SDec 22, 20253.0Went down to Dallas to get away for the weekend. Wanted to go somewhere the kids could swim. 4 year old had to stay on the steps in pool because it was too deep. Was nice for adults but if you have little ones there is no shallow area for them. So bring floaties.That was the only down side. Everything else was nice. Location was good. Target and Walmart both right across street for convenience. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Rooms were a little out dated but other than that we all had a good rest. Was Quiet which is always worth it.. front desk guy was really friendly. Wish I wdv gotten his name I definitely would have given him a shout out.

Unfortunately, the entire experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the shuttle driver on duty. Out of nowhere, he began speaking to me in an extremely rude manner and even made inappropriate comments about my ethnicity. I was shocked and honestly disappointed that someone representing the property would talk to a guest that way. The food and atmosphere were solid, but no one should ever have to deal with disrespect or discriminatory remarks from staff. Management needs to address this immediately because this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable
